Room was clean, most of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaraunt was delicious and the pool was warm and big and clean the jacuzzi was great the rooms were clean and spacious the only complaint I have is the music at the pool was party techno club music which killed the vibe and made it hard to relax and unwind, the music didn’t fit the surroundings.

This is what I texted back to the property regarding about my situation that transpired Dec25th up to 26th 2025 during holiday time 🎄. Expedia a 3rd party vendor reservation is treated like a 2nd class citizen. BEWARE YOU’VE BEEN WARN. At the end it’s your decision and I am just sharing what my experience. Hi good morning and happy Sunday. I believe there was huge terrible misunderstanding that was not resolve yesterday. I am so disappointed to be treated a second class citizen just because I booked mine in a 3rd party that you've refused yesterday my accommodation despite me calling around 10ish and trying to work with your staff. My issue was I book by error my reservation for Dec 25th my birthday but I can not make it and I called Christmas night while having dinner to correct the right date of check-in for Dec26 Friday. The call took place around 7-8ish and the your female staff is very nice and accommodating telling me that she is not sure if your system would allow it. After 1 attempt updating my reservation in your System accepted it confirming my reservation will be the next day of Dec26th. I was at peace knowing every was fix and I was very confident that I don't have to reach out with the travel agency to intervene. I was so distressed already and upset knowing that my reservation on the that day doesn't exist and I to find immediately a new accommodation because there is not a chance I will be staying at a property that has ZERO customer service, staff is rude

The property is beautiful, however a few complaints. The second night the hot tub heat was broken and was not fixed but the next morning. I was offered a few drink, but was told immediately that the bar was already closed, so was only able to get a small cup of OJ in the am. The patio room appears private on the website, but it is not enclosed. Would not have paid extra if had known it wasn't private. And you have to ask to have your fire place turned on. The shower has ZERO privacy, so even for a couple, it felt awkward (and you are freezing when you get out!). The shades also let too much light in, waking you up at 6a. Also, there is no lobby, you check in at the bar. I could see this a great spot for a pool day in the summer, but wouldnt stay here again.

While the hotel is aesthetically pleasing, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The showerhead and water pressure were poor, and we had to request a replacement remote as ours was not functioning. Additionally, housekeeping had to be contacted multiple times. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Love the very well designed and decorated rooms and landscaping. The hotel bar and pool has a great ambiance. My one small complaint was the weak water pressure in the huge shower. Definitely not not for sharing. Had to turn like a rotisserie chicken to get wet. Maybe a water saving feature in the desert?

The hotel is nice, bed and pillows quite comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is absolutely horrific & water in the shower is warm, at best. Water in the bathroom sink is hotter! The mini bar fridge is cold, if you bring your own bottled drinks, that is good, but the room needs a coffee maker. Expedia deal included per day credit towards breakfast. The menu was limited, but the food was very, very good and they roast their own coffee, which was exceptional. However, I would rather forgo the credit & have a reduction on the room rate so I could buy my own breakfast for less money. The check-in process was a bit of a hassle. I booked to pay directly at the hotel. I called the hotel the day before arrival to confirm that I could use a different card for pre-payment on arrival and the hotel representative assured me over and over again that this would not be a problem. When we checked in it was. My friend & I wanted to split the prepaid fee on our two cards & were refused. We asked to speak to a manager. The manager was not available so we waited. when we came back, he started speaking to me 10 feet away from him so I could barely hear what he was saying, but I could hear his tone and it was rude and defensive. When I got closer and asked him to repeat, he had an attitude! He threatened to refuse to check us in at one point. He eventually honored our request but he treated us like crap during the process. Will never stay here again, nor recommend.
