Affordable...kinda like a Ford. Good for a PS vacation if you’re in a budget, but there are better hotels in the area.

It was inconvenient to wait for 40 minutes to get checked in because the receptionist said they couldn’t find our reserved room. After 40 minutes of waiting and having to call orbitz, the receptionist told us he didn’t have a room key for us so he had to walk us to our room & unlock it for us, luckily we were only there for one night. Plus, there was NO parking!!!! I couldn’t believe we had to park on the side of the road! Another inconvenience after waiting 40 minutes to check in was to spend more time crossing atiund the area for parking - we ended up parking on the side of the road which looked unsafe. I will never come and stay at this hotel.

Rooms were less than acceptable for the nightly rates paid. There was a smell at all times from the cleaning fluids or disinfectants used. At least the rooms were clean but the overall state of the rooms was most spartan with just tile and laminate floors (which were very slippery to walk on, especially in the handicapped room with a person who is physically handicapped). Carpeting would have been safer and an improvement. The hanging closet was in the bathroom which was very inconvenient for the guests. The hotel is very long in the tooth and needs a desperate upgrade. Parking was a problem as there weren't enough spaces available and had to park half a hotel away from the handicapped room. This hotel doesn't compare to the 2 other Best Western locations we stayed in half the price last year.

Even under the heat wave, the AC was cool enough. The suite was nice for 4-6 people. But one problem is the toilet seat which is ROUND. I am a man and did not find the toilet is appropriate for my gender. Highly recommended the management to change the toilet to a water saver and ELONGATED.

We stayed in a room that was handicap accessible. I found the bathroom/shower setup to be one of the more comfortable ones I've used. The bathroom was quite spacious. There was a portable shower chair and the shower floor was set up in such a way that it didn't get the entire bathroom floor wet when being used. Overall good hotel and good room,

Second time at Best Western Inn, Palm Spring. Very, very satisfied. Will return when we visit the desert.

This is an older hotel that has been updated. The rooms were comfortable but somewhat dated. The breakfast was great. It was served by the outdoor pool where you could sit in the sun or shade. Well laid out with a good choice of item.

We enjoyed our stayed at this location. It was conveniently located for our needs. It's in a quite area. The rooms are a decent size, with comfortable beds. The complaintenty breakfast has lots of variety. Front desk staff were very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again when we return to the area.

Every year I stay here for a few days in February, so any criticisms I have are minor. Its location is excellent in a quiet corner of downtown Palm Springs. The clientele goes to bed early and rarely is there noise at night (I like a good night's sleep better than a hallway party). The breakfast is well-prepared with a good selection and its kept tidy. The kidney shaped pool backs up to the foot of the mountains that rise about the town so its relaxing sitting there enjoying the view if you want a peaceful moment. The rooms are clean -- though one criticism I have is that unlike other hotels in the area, they use cleaners that smell. It smells less than it used to but frankly I always post the 'do not disturb' sign on my door during my stay so that the smell goes away. The beds are comfortable and the hot water doesn't run out (I'm keen on the basics!). Also, the floors above my rooms are sometimes squeaky so that can be annoying. The personnel are friendly. All that said, the price is good for the value.

There was no window in our room. The water was not hot. The bed needed a new mattress. The breakfast room was at the back of the hotel. The hot food was gone and we were told it would be quite awhile before there wold be more. The eating area was outside and it was cold. There was a small room with four tables and no microwave to reheat your food. I was very disappointed with this Best Western. This is the second Best Western that has been been up to standard.

Several good points include free parking, pleasant pool area, excellent breakfast and helpful staff. A few quirks however: had to get help with turning on shower and TV remote. Both were items I'd never encountered before, and I stay in hotels all over the world. Reasonable rate however made the stay worthwhile.

This hotel was very pleasant- it's not the coolest place in the world, but the rooms are clean and the staff is very nice. Breakfast was an absolute treat- maybe one of the best free breakfast's I have ever had. Real breakfast food (not just a bowl of fruit) and right next to the pool. The hotel is a three minute drive into town and I never felt unsafe. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great overnight stay. Hotel was quiet and in a good location. Staff was excellent.

My only complaint was that on Sunday morning, the maid demanded to clean the room. I was traveling with my 94 year old aunt who has a hard time getting around. The room was cleaned before we had our showers. I've never had this issue with a Best Western before. I'll stay there again, but the front desk will be notified that we are not to be disturbed. There was no DO NOT DISTURB sign in our room.

Friendly staff! Awesome amenities Close by to shops restaurants and strip

My stay was wonderful . I had a great time . Staff was friendly and the room was very nice and clean

Reserved and paid for room with King bed.We arrived at 8PM was told they are very busy and only had a room with 2 double beds left. I complained and one of the older ladies at the desk (there were three) said we have one 2 queens while the man that was checking me in kept saying only one with two dbl beds. Then a 3rd person jumped out from behind the desk(presume the mgr)didn't see her at 1st said license and credit card explained I reserved a king she said you can't pick the room when you reserve online. Anyway we settled for the 2-queens. Room was small outdated and had a cpl of long extension cords on the floor running along the walls. I would never stay here again!

The hotel is in need of remodeling. Old, tired and dirty.

Good choice for a hotel.Well kept and nice. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

My stay was pleasant, room was great for the price. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast by the pool was very nice.
