A great property for a group

This was a wonderful place for a group of girlfriends. Plenty of seating for us to chat and plenty of bedrooms and sleeping spots for us to have some privacy as well. Pool area is lovely.

Good convenient location close to everything

Hosts were very helpful. Kitchen was well enough stocked to cook anything. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds were comfy. Would stay again.

Furniture was not too bad but rug needs to be replaced. I would replace trim and paint semi gloss

Beautiful & Relaxing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the home for a friends getaway. There was five of us in the home which was super comfortable as we each had our own beds. The home was clean, cute and comfortable. Lots of areas to hang out. We mostly used the spa and living/dining room. The location was absolutely perfect! If you like to walk you are only 1-2 miles from all of downtown PS. If you want to uber - cheap to get around! The restrooms were very little if you like to get ready with some space. But, the master restroom/bedroom was great. The casida is a big room! We had a dance party one evening (music on low) and had plenty of room. :) Only downside is the kitchen is narrow and pretty separate from the rest of the home - so whoever is cooking is a little excluded. Also the pans have not been cared for properly by past guests - so use a lot of oil olive or you'll be peeling food off the pan for days! Overall a wonderful, clean and spacious home!!

Great house for girl's weekend

We booked this place for a group of five for a relaxing girl's weekend and it was perfect. All of the rooms are of similar quality, so there's none of that awkward jostling to get the super fancy master suite or the kind of sad room with the two twin beds. The house is well set up for hanging out, with numerous seating areas, a nice collection of pool floaties, a great hot-tub, little grassy area (and provided gear) for croquet and badminton. It also has a very well-stocked kitchen with tons of dishes/glassware/pots & pans, plus some staples like olive oil, salt/pepper, apple cider vinegar. There were a couple of maintenance things during our stay that I hope are being addressed: the master shower had clearly had one of it's glass doors break fairly recently, there was still a little broken glass and a hastily assembled shower curtain arrangement that kept falling down. I assume that happened right before our stay and is hopefully fixed soon. We also noticed that the firepit (which we couldn't figure out how to use, but that might just be us.) didn't have the tempered glass typically used, but rather sharp broken glass, some of which was on the ground. (The broken shower door, perhaps?) Neither of these were a huge problem, but they should be looked at. Otherwise, it's a wonderful property. We spent a lot of our weekend just lounging and it was so relaxing gazing at the mountains in the sunshine. It is really easy to get to Palm Canyon Drive for restaurants/shopping and there's a really convenient Alberstons nearby.

Girl Cousin Reunion

We went to celebrate a cousins retirement. We are all very close and had the most wonderful time. We are all over 65yrs old and comfort is an absolute must. We were not disappointed. Accommodations were fantastic and the beds were all comfy. Pool was great and heating it was great. We are planning on going back in June to celebrate another retirement. Found great places to eat and shop.

We loved this house! It was spotless, kitchen was extremely well-stocked, pool was perfect. Honestly the pictures don't do it justice. I highly recommend!!!

Wonderful Property

This house was amazing. I don’t think I have one negative thing to say. Kitchen was more than stocked with the essentials. Beds were comfy. Plenty of seating for a party of 8. We spent a lot of of time hanging by the pool. I guess if I had to say anything negative would be the noise ordinance is pretty strict. But that’s not the owners fault. If we want to be able to rent in Palm Springs we have to follow the rules. Great house and location.

Great for a group

This house was perfect for the amount of people listed. Any more and it might’ve felt a bit crowded if you’re planning to spend time indoors. The backyard and pool were perfect which is where we spent most of our time. The property management folks were so helpful with any requests, which ended up just being me not looking hard enough for the extra towels! I would definitely recommend this house for another trip and would return in the future!

Awesome backyard

We rented this house as a Covid get away. Our 4 kids still had to do virtual school, and the WiFi was strong. We all really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The house is clean and the beds were crazy comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation

This house is perfect for a relaxing, quiet vacation. The home is spacious and offers separation with the detached bedroom. The layout of the house is perfect with an area of grass for younger kids to play or scoot around outside of the pool. We were able to relax by reading a book at poolside while being able to see our kids at all times and know they were safe. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We would definitely consider coming back for our next vacation!

We took advantage of the surrounding hikes and made it up to Joshua Tree where there was a foot of snow on the ground. A 40 year phenomenon!

Prefect place to spend a weekend in Palm Springs!

The house was perfect for our girls’ getaway. The decor, the amenities, comfortable beds, heated pool - all made the trip great! I’d recommend stocking the house with at least salt and pepper. Also the side tables next to the pool loungers could use replacing as they were pretty weathered. Overall, would definitely stay again!
