Hotel was fairly close to restaurants and the airport

Toilet in 1st room had a leak. Toilet in 2nd room they moved me to had a broken handle, then flooded. They had to give me a3rd room by the meningitis so i could shower before business meeting.

Clean, quiet, and plenty of parking. In a good location, not too far from down town.

It was located somewhat close to down town and across from a diner. However, the Motel had changed hands and was not clean. It has fallen into disrepair and the amenities leave a lot to be desired.....It could be a cute Motel under the right management.

Cute atmosphere. Friendly staff. Safe with COVID guidelines. 5 minutes off of main strip. Pool view had a stunning view of the mountains as well.

We did a same day booking /check in and had wonderful service from all of the staff! The room was super cute and clean! The pool area made for a fun afternoon of music, drinks, and snacks in the sun! Next time we visit we will return here!

Poor! Dirty rooms horrible service won’t stay here ever.

The pool was cool but rooms were terrible. The looked nothing like the pictures and I was def not happy with it

Clean and affordable just what I needed. While an older hotel the pool area is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Decor was attractive and liked the fact that it is individually owned. But frankly better choices and less expensive if you have a dog. Same $50 charge for one as for two and the room charge was $76, nearly the same for the one little dog. No phones in room and to contact staff you had to text. No towels and one soap bar in the room. No staff on-site except security between 11:00 pm - 7:00 a.m. In the middle night, went to the bathroom and it did not flush properly. When checking out, mentioned to the desk clerk that we had no toilet for half the night and was thanked for telling them of the problem. Really? We do not plan to return on our next visit to Palm Springs.

Fun property. Great people. I like what steps they are taking in reno.

Liked that they had a bar until late night. Also the hot tub was opened til late night

One has everything they need at this adorable boutique hotel. And the thing some of the bigger resorts cannot give that this does is the awesome view from the pool of the majestic mountains! Energetically, it gives u a boost just to stare at them and breathe in the fresh desert air there by the pool. And their menu offers choices to anyone on ANY diet (veg, vegan, Keto, gf etc). The photo booth made from the vintage Coca-Cola dispenser in the lobby which sends you your free pictures was a great treat! And they have bikes too. I will be back. Chris, the front desk staff and Lexi made us feel so at home

The Staff was excellent. I really liked that they have special events everyday for their visitors.

It is essentially a motel 6 type motel which the developer tried to very cheaply add a few hip cosmetic details like wood headboard and improved pool area. But the bathrooms are disgusting. The walls are paper-thin. If you stay on the first floor you will hear every step the guest above you takes. They charge high resort fees.

Great vibe and attitude. Rooms are nice, I think they are continuing to remodel and would benefit from a few upgrades.

They try to sell this as a hip place but it is just an old 1970s hotel with a few upgrades. Bathrooms are pretty tired. Lobby reeked of cigarettes at checkin and urine at checkout.
