The room was spacious and clean. The room darkening blind was getting very thin therefore more light was visible in the room. The rooms are nicely set up with a bench and hooks on the wall which are great to hang clothes on. Bathroom has a nice large vanity. Beds are very comfortable.

Staffs are friendly. Breakfast provided healthy and nutritious choices. The check-in drama was a bad experience when I was sent to a pre-occupied room. The Tesla charger was for hotel owner's exclusive use only. Only one of the only 2 EV chargers worked on the first night of my stay. Both were broken on the next day. No Tesla charger or other fast charge facilities available in the area. The closest Tesla charger is 25 min away from the hotel. Same half of the machines were out of services in the exercise room. The floor at the entrances was very slippery due to snow.

When I booking the hotel, I was asking for the late check, the front desk told me I could made the request on the last day, but on the last day morning at 7 am, I am trying to request the late check out, front desk told me I am too late, it is first come first serve. Turns out they provide late check to another group booking, our team were booked separately, we were just require one room for all the swimmers relaxed, but they refused. It doesnt make any sense they could offer late check out to a group, not just a room for our club.
