We booked this hotel as it was close to the airport, had a reasonable price, and reviews said cleanliness was good. Agree with these. But if you are looking for airport shuttle which is suppose to be offered and free of charge, this is NOT the best option. Airport shuttle was limited to only 6 people so it is based on first come first serve basis. This should be stated in the hotel description. At check-in when we inquired on the shuttle and was told the shuttle was not available at our requested time, the response tone lacked professional courtesy. Holiday Inns usually have good service but we were disappointed here - airport shuttle is not a guarantee.

Young jockey players staying on same floor and actually playing hockey in the halls. Had to call down for someone to deal with it. Yelling and running up and down the halls even after clerk told them no running in the hallways late night, not fun

The staff was great. However in the write up it says a sound proof room, this was not the case. Also, it stated that there was a restaurant in the hotel, there was no restaurant. The website is inaccurate needs to be updated.

Good size room, everything needed for an overnight stay including a much appreciated late check out. Did not have the complimentary breakfast but it was very busy @9:30. Only issue was room 112 was next to the laundry which was very noisy, would ask to avoid that if staying in the future. Would recommend to family and friends
