Loved the proximity to the river. Perfect to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view or walk beside the river. Lots of restaurants and services a short drive away. Close to the beautiful Gatineau park. Lovely apartment, very spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and ample off-street parking to the rear. Best of all was the balcony overlooking the most amazing view across the Ottawa River. The location is excellent, peaceful with a rural feel yet 10 minutes drive to central Ottawa. Great artisinal bistro 7 minutes walk away. Host Stephen was very welcoming and communication was always prompt and helpful. We would happily return any time.

Gatineau on the River

Property was well furnished, comfortable and clean. The porch was great to hang out on. Location was perfect for our trip, we went into Ottawa /Parliament Hill one day and went to Gatineau Park another day—easy drive to both places. Owner was very responsive to the few questions we had.

Our family of four came to Gatineau to relax and hike. The property and house were beautiful, clean and well maintained. The location was superb as it was across from the river with walking paths. Our dogs loved their home away from home. Stephen was accessible to us and helpful. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants nearby. We will definitely be returning!
