The front desk staff is very courteous, and the amenities are quite pleasant. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the rooms. Specifically, the individual who serviced our room did not appear to clean the floors, and the pillows were left in disarray under the comforter rather than being properly arranged. It seemed as though her attention was primarily directed towards removing the dishwasher soap and sponge from the room. Consequently, I did not find the room to be as clean as I would have hoped.
