Located approximately 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, 25 minutes from Universal Orlando Resort, and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, you'll have convenient access to Central Florida's world-famous attractions while enjoying your own private pool, entertainment spaces, and an impressive collection of resort amenities.

One of the home's standout features is its private outdoor setting. With no rear neighbors, guests can enjoy additional privacy while relaxing around the private screened pool and spa. The northwest-facing pool, spacious deck, and screened lanai with outdoor furniture create an inviting place to swim, enjoy the Florida weather, or unwind after exciting days at the theme parks.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to relax beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

Inside, approximately 4,034 square feet gives everyone plenty of room to gather comfortably. The great room provides a central gathering space with a large 60-inch flat-screen TV, making it easy to settle in together for a movie or relax between Orlando adventures.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a dishwasher, giving families everything needed to prepare quick breakfasts before heading to Disney, easy lunches between activities, or relaxed dinners together at home.

Upstairs, the loft game room adds another level of entertainment with a pool table, foosball table, and 50-inch flat-screen TV.
