This is a “resort” where the pictures are extremely deceiving. Front desk help very nice. We could not enter our room as the key card door lock did not work. Someone from security had to go into the room adjacent to us, ask them if they could go through the adjoining doorway and open our room from the inside. It’s an old resort, old rooms, old furniture. The bathtub shower in our room was so high. It had two steps to get into it, if it was an elderly person, they never would’ve been able to get in there. The walls were paper thin thanks to the adjoining door, you could hear every single thing going on next-door. We woke to trash seemingly everywhere, outside of our door, down the stairs as well as in the parking lot. This is also not called legacy resort anymore, it is called “The Fold” whatever that means. My best advice to anyone that reads us is do not go there. We will never be back again.
