The property was lovely. Excellent location to everything. The quiet pool area was clean. Unfortunately, the condo we were in was not very clean. We had to clean the ceiling fans, the fridge leaked water so we had to be careful where we placed our food. The dust behind the furniture was very apparent. It also carried a very strong odour of stale cigarette smoke. This carried home with us in our suitcase so all apparel needed to be washed. It is unfortunate as the rest of the facility and the people were lovely.

Jacuzzi tub in the room kept going off all night every 20 mins with 2 sleeping kids in the room, when I called front desk I was met with a very unkind person who basically told me we had to deal with it because maintenance wasn’t in until 9am. No apology or compensation. I asked for a delayed check out the next morning to try to let our kids (one of which is only 4 months old) rest before our flight due to being woken up all and was very unkindly told no to that as well. Very saddened by this experience because we used to love staying here and were looking to stay again for our trip in October but can’t chance another experience like this unfortunately :(

Pool area is nice. Location is amazing. Linnens are clean and nice But everything in room is old and lots of dust/ dirty Beds are old I stayed there around 15 years ago and nothing changed in the rooms

Not worth $200 a night.

The shower doesn’t drain. There is mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The curtains are crooked and the bedroom door handle doesn’t work. The couch is awful literally sitting on the frame.

Confortable stayRooms need to be updated.

The room was nice size and comfortable but it needs to be updated. Many of the furniture pieces were scratched, stained, old. Carper also had stains and room smelled like cigarette. Only had one pan and one small pot for cooking. Shower had mold around shower pan and door. Staff was very friendly. Overalls good stay.
