I just have to say wow!! The staff was amazing and so kind! We arrived and the young man checking us in made my son’s day by giving us a room on the 19th floor. My 11 y/o felt like a king. The breakfast was good very good choices. The dinner they gave a smaller variety but they do have a restaurant that had tons of choices. The walk to Disney springs was great and the buses to the parks worked out beautifully. We had zero issues with anything. I will definitely stay here with my family again and hope the put us on the top floor again!

We have literally stayed at almost every hotel near Disney Springs and this one gets #1 for us!! Clean,food was fantastic,staff were on top of it and so incredibly helpful and friendly!!!

Room was very comfortable and clean although there were two days the housekeeper never cleaned our room. We asked for new towels when we got back so it was no big deal. The pool area is fantastic. The staff are all friendly and helpful
