Clean, quiet home

We stayed in the basement with nobody renting out the top floor of the home. The basement was clean, nicely decorated, and had all that we needed. The neighborhood felt brand new, quiet and easy to access. We had a great 2 night stay!

Comfortable space to stay

We ended up having to cut our stay short due to an emergency, but the one night that we had there was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was trying to get a hold of Verbo to get a credit for the nights that we had to miss out on. Getting a hold of our host was easy, and she was very nice. Getting a hold of Vrbo was impossible.

Clean and quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. Was very clean. Had what we needed. Air conditioning worked good. Wish we'd been able to adjut the thermostat but I also get not everyone would keep at a respectable temp. Also, unless I miss read the description which I very well could have you are actually staying in the basement, not the house in the picture. However Was still a nice place to stay. Great communication with host also.

Excellent Basement Apartment

This was a fabulous place to stay! The private entrance made coming and going a breeze without disturbing anyone. The home is clean and comfortable. The beds are warm, so comfortable and inviting. All basic kitchen utensils are available for preparing meals. The owner is very responsive to questions or concerns through the Vrbo app. I would most definitely stay here again hands down!

Great Vineyard Location

The owner was great to work with. We received lots of communication which made check in easy. The house was nice enough for our purposes. We really only slept there. We didn’t use the kitchen so I can’t speak to those amenities. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect home-away-from-home near Provo/Orem

This gem was just right for me and my family. Remote check-in was a breeze, and the host was helpful and communicative. Plenty of space and perfectly clean. Better than the pictures! Situated in a beautiful neighborhood and easy access to everything you need. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect space for party of 5

Nice clean space. Lots of sleeping options for our family with three teenagers. Nice neighborhood. The owner sent us a very nice cookie gift. Would highly recommend staying at the Vineyard in Orem.

Great family friendly Property! Nice location with easy access from freeway. Comfortable beds and roomy. Good amenities. We appreciated the waffle breakfast! Needs more room for parking but other than that a great stay!

Great location

Awesome that there are 3 bedrooms and a kitchen to utilize. Plenty of utensils and dishes. Plenty of nice towels. It is a basement apartment so there is noise from walking/owners upstairs. If you're traveling with an infant, pack a white noise machine. Carol was great to communicate.
