Staff was very helpful and addressed all the concerns we had. They responded well to a request to get a room ready early, did their best to put our 5 rooms in close proximity, and allowed use of a conference room on short notice. This, plus the water slide in the indoor pool which our grandkids loved, made it the perfect choice for our family..

Great Place
The waterslide proved to be a fun family thing to do before relaxing and going to bed. It was located near many shops and food options. We were only there for a night for a dance competition.
It is a Nice hotel. Convenient, close to everything Good mattress Friendly staff.
The employees were all friendly and personable. The pool room needed to be swept.
Good continental breakfast. Kids also loved the pool slide.

Check-in was fast and easy. The housekeeping staff was a bit anxious on check-out, they kept trying to come into the room before we were ready to leave. Check-out is 11 am and they were beating on the door at 9:30. We left shortly after. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, better than some other hotels in Logan. The breakfast options were good!

I checked in and was on the first floor across from back door entrance. Noisy plus the big green army looking thing, possibly compressor ran all night. I didn’t feel safe either. So, I called and asked about checking out and not being charged for the next day. They said they wouldn’t refund me. I had already made a reservation down the street because of this at the Springhill Marriott. It was less expensive and so nice, comfortable and quiet. I’d probably never stay in a Comfort in again unless it’s the only place in town. Over priced compared to the Marriott. The only plus was the slide in the pool but didn’t use it because I knew I was leaving. I will hesitate to use Orbitz as Tickets at Work is more helpful in pleasing the customer. I’m out a full night that I didn’t stay, checked out before the second night and still no refund? Bad customer service on someone’s part.
