Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Brigham City

Good location

Pros: Nice location, just off the freeway and yet just a short drive over the mountain to Logan. The room was clean and had great outlets for all my electronics. All the lamps had outlets, VERY NICE! The Wi-Fi was EXCELLENT!!! They had Wi-Fi repeaters everywhere, even in the room! Breakfast was good, not great, but good. Better than some hotels but not as good as others. I liked the waffle machine that had the four round waffles. I could make one or two and not waste half a waffle. But the warmed over omelets could have been better. After two days the menu starts to get old. But I did like their granola. Laundry facilities were ok, just one washer and dryer costing a dollar each. But they did a good job. I made a mistake on my booking days, and they fixed it without any extra charges. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Cons: Hot Tub was lame. It was barely hot enough and no bubbles would come out. Key cards didn't work very well on the outside doors. This was very annoying. Room cleaning service took a long time to get to our room. They told us one day that it might not happen, but they worked it out. There was no service on the 4th of July.

Motel 6 Tremonton

Inside of hotel is surprisingly modern

Upon arriving I was a little concerned that the hotel (motel actually) was going to be an old, out of date decor, but was surprised it was rather modern and updated with new pergo style flooring and vessel sink. I'm not saying that this is a boutique motel but rather the inside exceeded my expectations at this price point.
