Very pleasant stay. Very clean. Easy access from freeway.
THe internet said they had a pool and spa but when I arrived they said they were closed for the winter.
The staff didn’t know how to do anything. Mold in the bathroom. Shoty repair work. The main downstairs bathroom had not paper towels or soap. Breakfast sucked. I travel all the time and wouldn’t stay there again.
Very nice sized room and comfy bed, especially for the fantastic price. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and included but not a huge spread. Easy trip (except for ridiculous crisscross overpass - be careful to pay attention so you don't go the wrong way) into town for meal but gas and DQ right next door as well. Only caution was that security lights outside are very bright and even after closing blackout shades it was still fairly light in the room, which didn't bother us but might others.
The AC didn't properly work, when we got in the room it was about 85 degrees. We adjusted the AC and it never cooled the room down.
Bed and linens were comfortable. The room was quiet. I'm not sure why I noticed that the bathroom fan could have used a good cleaning/vacuuming. Breakfast was fairly simple (I like protein, more than yogurt), and I had technical difficulties with the frozen egg omelet. We didn't linger at the hotel, we were focused on our destination.
Quiet, off-highway, clean and well managed. Good place to stop overnight on a long trip.
This is a part of our Yellow Stone trip. We stopped here for visit Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge. We picked this hotel based on the location and review.
The room was very spacious and nice, especially for the price! Great continental breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend for the value!
fairly easy to find. good price. breakfast has plenty of choices. worked great as a stopover on my way home.
This was a last min. trip for us. This hotel was very handy being right off the freeway and the gas station and Dairy Queen next door was great.
This hotel is on the outskirts of Brigham City, Utah. It is new, therefore, the carpeting and interior odors have a refreshing new smell and look. There is nothing special about this motel as far as general ambiance is concerned. The lobby is a simple entryway and customer service counter. A decent, but not great, continental breakfast is served from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. You will find a waffle maker, three different cold cereals, and an assortment of muffins and bagels to choose from along with an orange and apple juice machine. The rooms are small with "older" television sets showing common cable channels including HBO. There is a very nice refrigerator and microwave along with the usual coffee maker seen in every hotel. The beds are comfortable, which is something that you don't see in every hotel. For the money, this hotel is a good bet. Don't plan on anything fancy, but the service is good and the rooms are clean.
No view. In the middle of nowhere. Poor service. Overpriced for what it was. This was a last choice hotel since I had to register late for a conference and the whole town was booked up. I ended up staying the second night I was supposed to be there on the floor of a random person's house I met at the conference and was infinitely more comfortable. The place was plagued with mosquitoes and questionable patrons... I would have been better off sleeping in my rental car.
Rooms were clean, service was excellent: GPS cannot find the street location as listed on websites. These sites should both be updated to say just WEST of I-15 exit.
The hotel was very nice and the personnel where friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Couldn't have asked for anything better for the price.
The stay was fine. After researching on the internet this hotel, I was disappointed as it listed a hotel pool, but did not bother to say that the pool is outdoors and closed during the winter (when we scheduled to go). The online booking, I changed 3 different times from 4 adults to 1 adult and 3 children, but when I checked in it still had 4 adults listed and after learning I was traveling with 3 children, the front desk manager put us in the furthest room from anything. Next, my daughter spilt some hot chocolate and I cleaned it up with the only thing available, the hotel hand towels. I realized that they probably were stained so I wrote a note asking that if I was going to be charged for them that I wanted to keep them. Upon check out, there were no charges, so I guessed that they were able to get out the mess, however, I was charged for it 2 days later, without the benefit of getting the towels for use at home.
Nothing notable, and to me that is a plus. Check-in was quick. Rooms were clean and neat. Airconditioning worked. Bathroom was all in order. Although next to the highway, the room was quiet. There was a pool, although I did not check it out. Staff was pleasant. Free breakfast was only fair. Checkout was quick.
the pool was not open. my 5 year very disapponted.
