I am 69 years old with bad knees and hips. I was very disappointed when i was given a 2nd floor room and then found out there is NO ELEVATOR! I was traveling alone and had heavy luggage that i basically dragged up and down the stairs. You get what you pay for i guess. There may or may not have been bed bugs. I did not see any but i have itchy bites on both arms and my feet. I do not recommend this hotel

My room was not very clean, I found a diabetes patch with a needle, behind the trash can, the floor was wet from someone turning off the freezer, one of my towels was torn.

They have bed bugs!!!!!! My son got eaten up!!! I did not see one review on hotels.com with bed bugs but now I check google and there are a TON of reviews!!!! Don't stay here!!!

Air conditioner was very noisy and did not cool the room. No closet, just a bar with four hangers. No soap in bathroom, had to ask for a bar, no i'm sorry about that or is there anything else you need.Spent the night before at a super 8 by wyndham up in Conrad Mt. and it was really good.The desk was broken. Breakfast area so small and crowded we decided to skip it all together.

The room we were given was disgusting. Hair on bed sheets and in the shower, false eyelash on pillow, ants found in the bathroom, freezer had melted ice cream in it and a pile of food or something behind dresser. Made the front desk aware of this and the response was “sorry, the maids don’t do their job half the time” I’ll be sending photos and a complaint letter to cooperate. Also, wouldn’t refund my money for the extra night I had booked but didn’t stay from the filth and conditions. Manager has been out every time Ive asked to speak to him.

We were going to be too late to check in due to vehicle trouble. Staff we spoke to on phone was unaccommodating and rude. When I tried to ask if there was any options, he hung up on me. This was completely uncalled for and made an already bad situation worse for us.

The air conditioning unit in our room was broken. Temp outside was 90, so you can imagine how hot it was in a 3rd floor room. The maintenance guy came to check it 45 minutes after I told the desk staff that it wasn’t working. The staff at the front desk said there was nothing she could do. They were booked up, so I get that she couldn’t assign another room. I was told I could stay in the room as-is, with no AC, or go find another hotel. When asked about a refund I was told it was impossible and I’d have to talk to the manager—who she refused to call but I could contact him the following Monday. Billy the maintenance guy was great! Front desk staff needs some customer service training

So not stay here, it’s gross. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The front staff didn’t know how to deal w a third party booking therefore over charged me. The room was straight out of 1950. The bathroom was all rusty around the tub edge.. No air conditioner, just an old unit blowing warm air on the cool setting, at a super loud decibel…..
