Checking in took forever! One lady arguing with a guest because they made his reservation for the wrong month, the other lady did not seem to know how to run the computer. It took about 15 minutes to finally get checked in. Our shower head was broken. It sprayed water all over the bathroom. There had been a hand towel over the shower head when my husband turned on the shower, so they, obviously, knew about it. There were only two bath towels, so my husband used one and I used the other to mop up the floor, which meant no shower for me. When I told the lady about it at checkout, she said, "oh yeah. We weren't supposed to rent that room, but since you booked online, there's nothing I can do for you." Horrible customer service.

The hotel was located close to family. Check-in was quick and staff were friendly. While hotel rooms are older they were clean and comfortable. The restaurant located on the premises was very good.

I loved this hotel. Close to I-15, great restaurant onsite and a beautiful large park with dog amenities.

Nice decor, was unaware that no breakfast was provided.

The room was amazing, especially the jetted bathtub! It did not disappoint!!

We were on a massive road trip and had grandparents, parents and grand kids all in one big and comfortable room. The only problem was the train! It was close and loud and woke us up at night. But we were only there one night so we survived!

This was our first stop after 7 hours of driving. We were extremely pleased from check in to check out. The pool was perfect for our kids, the private park behind the hotel was perfect for our dog, and the restaurant on premises met our needs for dinner. Our room was average sized and on the top floor. Without an elevator, my husband had to make many trips with our stuff up the stairs. But it was all worth it. We would stay here again!

Easy access to freeway, good family restaurant a one minute walk. Scenic park and fish pond on property. No included breakfast is a downside, maybe they could workout a discount process with the nearby restaurant. Considerable downer is the fact that a busy railway close by offered up loud road crossing warning blasts frequently throughout the night.

Please clean the exterior of your hotel. Do not leave full trash cans full of garbage outside the rooms for more than 24 hours. If you offer laundry service offer the detergent to purchase. Small bathrooms

I was there on business and have stayed there a few times in the past. The rooms are nice sized, the linen is fresh and I like the couch and ability to work at a desk. For the money, it's a good value but they could use a good update to the TVs in the room to something from this century.

NOT 3 stars, train noise, biological experiment in the coffee maker, difficult to get extra blankets, nice people, great b'fast restaraunt next door

my friend and i were driving through on the way from denver to sun valley idaho. your hotel was just a perfect place to stop and crash for the night. the staff was very friendly and the room was really nice. the bed was comfy and great pillows!!
