Overall a nice stay — the room was clean, though the sheets looked like they might not have been changed. The building has keycard entry but the door closes slowly; two individuals followed me in and went to the pool area, which made me feel a little uneasy.

Checked in just after 8pm after long drive to find restaurant was closed & no rooms on 1st floor. Only 1 elevator nowhere near room. Had to schlep bags & dog up 2 flights. Room outdated & not like pics, bathroom floor had muddy foot prints & no hair dryer but shower was great, room was quiet & spacious and bed fairly comfy. Breakfast was just ok, staff nice, dog park & grounds with walking trail & gardens were lovely.

Great hotel....but....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff was awesome and the rooms were immaculate. They had an awesome dog park and a beautiful Koi pond. My only gripe would be the beds/pillows. The beds are hard and the pillows flat. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm at hotels now a days. But with that being said, I would 100% stay here again.

From check-in till checkout, all staff were very kind. We loved that the hotel had a nice little walking trail around the property. The pool and spa were nice except the jets in the spa weren’t working at this time. The property itself is very nice and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

the outdoor walking area and koi ponds were super nice and kept well. our room however was not super clean unfortunately. there were broken tiles in the bathroom, hair in the shower and on the soap containers, hair & burn marks all in the carpet although our request was non-smoking. the bathtub was clogged and the telephone in the room didn’t work. this was a little alarming as there was an evacuation notice for neighboring areas due to a wildfire. we told the front desk by calling via our cellphones and they blew us off.
