Staff were friendly, especially the person checking us in. She was extremely helpful and fun to talk to. The only issue we had was the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty and I didn’t bring either with me because the hotel advertised shampoo and conditioner in room. There was no cover over the bathroom light (directly above the shower). Kinda creepy. Probably petty complaint The overall experience at BW was delightful and again, staff was exceptional. Room was clean, large and quiet.

Everything was perfect except when it was supposed to be 11am check out time the housekeeping came and opened the door at 9:30am.. i was a little upset.. other than that the room was huge and the jetted tub was huge.. i loved it!! There was a hockey group above us in the hotel. They were loud and moving furniture, it sounded like, till early morning. Then they were up and running around at 6:30. Difficult to sleep with all the noise. The rooms were clean and we appreciated being able to have our dogs with us.
