Very normal, nothing awesome or amazing and nothing terrible or disgusting. My room was definitely clean with no weird smells or anything. I'd recommend it because I believe it was one of the cheapest places to stay in town and I did NOT need to spend $$$.
Our stay was nice as we explored the southeast of Wisconsin. We were happy with our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the woman who maiantained the breakfast was such a hard worker. Most of the staff was friendly. The only negative I would say is I would hope that ALL ...
Had thought we'd need to start return trip home, but accommodations very convenient, clean and comfortable, so gave ourselves additional sightseeing hours and stayed another night. Friendly helpful staff provided just right service without being intrusive. Nice.
Excellent Xmas Eve stay at Holiday Inn Express. Check in to check out was well organized. I didn't want to have more stress added on to the typical Holiday stress so this hotel stay just made life easier.

Our stay was nice as we explored the southeast of Wisconsin. We were happy with our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the woman who maiantained the breakfast was such a hard worker. Most of the staff was friendly. The only negative I would say is I would hope that ALL staff would be welcoming. Also we had trouble with getting warm water in the shower for awhile but it was quickly put back on.
Check in soooo fast and efficient. The breakfast crew was especially fantastic.
We were first placed in the smoking room which smelled bad. I am asthmatic and this would have been very bad. The next room was better but was not fully supplied, no tissues. The house keeper also did not make the bed and left no washcloths.
The location is why we picked the hotel and wasn't disappointed. Rooms were clean. Not the best breakfast but passable.
