The best part was the toys, games, and other child necessities available. Personally I really appreciated the coffee pot and the pods available! The house was super cozy and homey. The neighborhood was decent and we felt very safe there at night. We did have a surprise visitor; a large cat that listened to me talk for awhile. I'm looking forward to booking the house again next year!

This place was SO clean and had everything we needed. The toys were a great addition to the property and the close proximity to the zoo was perfect. The off street parking was also very appreciated.

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming property. I have two small kids and this rental was a perfect choice. The space was very clean and kid friendly- great accomodations with highchair, pack and play, toys, plates and cups, snacks and a booster seat. Not only that, but the property stayed very cool during the hot summer days. This rental was an oasis for my family! Not only that, but it was minutes away from all the fun, family friendly attractions in Omaha. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Would definitely stay here again!

Very family friendly house, would definitely stay here again! My family and I stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. We were traveling with our 3 year old and infant. My toddler absolutely loved that there were toys and stuffed animals for her to play with. There were also chalk and other toys available outside, we just didn't use them. My daughter loved the zoo/ safari theme of the house. The host also left a small basket of snacks that she loved as well. We loved that there was a pack-n-play and boppy pillow available for our infant, giving us one less thing to pack. The kitchen also had plenty of plates and cups for kids. The location and proximity to the zoo was perfect. It's a very short walk so we were able to walk back to have lunch and put the kids down for a nap before going back. The host was also super friendly and helpful. My husband goes to school full time and was having issues connecting his laptop to the wifi; we were able to call the host, she answered right away and helped us resolve the issue.

Slumpbusters

We enjoyed this property it was very clean and as advertised. Would definitely recommend staying here, the host was helpful and everything went smoothly. Only reason for 4 stars is we were there for the Slumpbusters baseball tournament and college world series so price was a bit high as it is all over the city during that time. We would definitely come back!

College World Series Champion LSU TIGERS

We had a nice stay. The house was stocked with all kinds of appliances and seasonings and was very comfortable. We were there for the College World Series and a LSU flag was such a nice welcome sign. It is very close to the zoo so the zoo decor fits the theme.

A lovely, kid friendly, get away!

This place was awesome! Right by the zoo and downtown! A perfect place to stay if you have kids! We absolutely loved it! The decor was adorable with all the animals! And the beds were extremely comfortable! We highly recommend this place!

Great Zoo-Trip Home

Loved the zoo decor. Made our zoo trip just that much more memorable. Loved the toys and stuffed animals for the kids to play with. House was clean and the communication with the host was great! If we ever do another Omaha trip down the road, we’ll plan to stay here again!

Family friendly

It was a great week for a quick stay in Omaha. Plenty of fun toys for my 2 year old. The zoo was a short walk away and the Children Museum was just a short drive. The only thing is that there's no dishwasher so be prepared for washing dishes the old fashioned way!

Zoo house

The house was very clean, lots of towels, was clothes and new linens. Beds were comfy and there’s lots of things for children to accommodate a family. Check in was easy and the communication with Stephanie was excellent. The only issue I had was that the neighborhood was not that great. Yes it’s very Convenient to the zoo but even finding a grocery store was at least 10 min away. And to be honest I didn’t feel all that safe. Perhaps this is my fault for not doing more research on the location.

Great place for family and so close to the zoo!

We needed a place close to the zoo for our two little kids. This place was perfect! Very clean and the kids loved the toys available to play with! It was the perfect house for our needs!!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, the listing was accurate, and we enjoyed the furnishings available in the kitchen. We also enjoyed the location relative to the zoo and the off-street parking.

Fall Break Family Zoo Trip

Great location and space required for our family of five. The ability to walk to the zoo from the house helped manage differing nap times for the kids. The toys and zoo deco theme was great and the kids absolutely enjoyed themselves!

Great for families

Super close to the zoo! Very well stocked as well. We brought paper towels and garbage bags just in case and didn’t need them. Stayed with our 2 year old and 3 month old, and she had a pack and play for the infant and tons of toys for our toddler!

The perfect location for all things in south Omaha

This home is in the perfect location for visiting all the attractions we came to Omaha for, including the zoo, Fontenelle Forest, the Old Market district, the riverfront and Bob Kerrey bridge. There are plenty of restaurants around, but the kitchen is well equipped for preparing your own food. There were no children in our party, but had there been, they would have been ecstatic with all the toys available. If you are looking for convenience, this is the place to stay!

Home away from home

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming house! The home was very clean and came with ever amenity you can imagine. There was plenty of room for my mom and I, and my 2 children 4yrs old and 10mths old. I flew in from Phx and was stressed about all I had to pack for the kids but Stephanie goes above and beyond with all she has to offer at her home. There was a high chair, booster chair, pack n play and so many toys and books for the kids. We were able to prepare our meals and plenty of kitchen items to cook with and seasonings. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning and appreciated all the snacks and water that was provided. I couldn't have survived without all she made available. Thank you so much Stephanie for making our trip a memorable one! I'll definitely look for this property again for a future stay. Also, the property was right across the street from the zoo and made it so easy to jet over there for the day. We had a great time and highly recommend visiting there.

Great Location

This cozy little house with comfy beds was perfect for us. The air conditioner worked great for the two, nearly 100 degree days we were there. It was great to come back from visiting the zoo and have a place to cool down. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves visiting Omaha again.

Family trip to the zoo

The property location to the zoo couldn’t be any better which was great with too little ones who needed breaks mid-day to take a nap. It was also kid friendly with toys and stuffies they loved!
