My dissatisfaction was I was called at 4pm to determine if I was going to Honor my reservation. Of course but check in I was told earlier was not until 4pm. Most importantly was when I was called at 4pm and I told her that I was at Regency she made no mention of all of the construction that made a significant diversion from Dodge to Leavenworth.

Over all it was a great experience staying there. I was not happy that the room was not exactly what I reserved. We asked several time for wash cloths and on the last night they finally arrived. The phone in the room did not work. Being close to the old market was perfect for not having to worry about parking and able to enjoy walking around.

Best experience I have had at a hotel in a very long time. Wonderful experience from the valet to checking in, the bar, the room, it was all excellent!! Beautiful hotel. The friendliest staff I think I have ever had. Breakfast was fantastic!! Beautiful clean rooms. I loved all the open space. Very very comfortable. Thanks for the great stay. I will be returning.

Ideal for a large family

We love the Omaha downtown Embassy Suites. It’s the perfect size for my large family. It feels safe for the kids and relaxing for the adults.

Unfortunately we did not like staying here this time around. Our king bed was broken and made obnoxious noises if you so much as wiggle while laying down. The bathroom tub would not drain so you were standing in ankle deep water while showering. The towel bar was broken off the wall and yet housekeeping just kept putting it up and putting towels on it only for it to come crashing down when you grabbed one. The sofa sleeper was horrendous. The mattress was only about 3 inches deep with broken springs in it. Like you could see them sticking up so my girls couldn’t sleep on it. Plus it was so grossly stained that you couldn’t pay me to sleep on it. The rest of the hotel was nice. Great breakfast in the mornings and really close to everything. I just wish the rooms were nicer for the price. Won’t be staying here again.

Excellent stay and perfect for a family. We swam, we dined, we all slept well. The breakfast was incredible and a perfect way to fuel up before the zoo. Pro-tip: the omelet bar is amazing and they also have bacon and blueberry and chocolate chip pancakes.
