I got this hotel after reading "OK" reviews. When I entered the hotel for the check-in, it smelled like pee. I went to my room, it smelled like cold cigarettes. This hotel is in an unsafe area on top of that. Nothing happened, but I was a bit scared. The other rooms were loud (the kind of customers they get is key). The staff did not even say :"hello" when I tried to talk to them about the fact that their party (hotel's party) was way too loud (they were organizing a birthday, it was like being in a night club, could not sleep). I rarely write reviews, unless something is wrong. This hotel is really bad, pass.

The staff is either helpful and friendly or rude and will not help at all, it was frustrating to deal with. I know they deal with a lot of nonsense and it's not an easy job, I respect what they do and I feel for what they deal with, but the attitude some of them have is inexcusable. I feel like housekeeping gets a bonus for every deposit they keep from customers, they are terrible at checkout. They don't seem to care much but then they find any reason possible to keep your money, it's messed up. Yes it's a cheap place to stay, but not if you factor in the $100 deposit that they will keep for the slightest reason. Then it is rather expensive for what you get. Could have stayed at a very nice hotel for what this cost. If you don't mind losing an extra $100, then this is a decent place to stay, but I will think twice about staying here again myself.

Seems to be a little bit of a transition in place. Some older, worn items. However, they are being replaced with quality items. The marble shower was new and looked great. My only concern was the airport shuttle. They advertised this service but then stated that it was no longer available when I called from the airport. My family said that they saw a sign stating it was unavailable due to vehicle maintenance but the staff never mentioned that. I'm not certain of the reliance of information regarding the shuttle.

Needed an affordable place close to the airport and thought the pictures were nice. My daughter and I were really disappointed. It was very confusing knowing where to park. The adjoining lot had tons of graffiti. When we tried to check in, several people were waiting and “had no idea where the clerk was.” The elevator was broken. The walls and carpet were incredibly dirty and worn. The shuttle to the airport was out of service. A $100 deposit is required to stay there. Some positives were that the bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Overall, very bad stay.

The surrounding area was unsafe, flies were buzzing around the lobby, sketchy area with a lot of graffiti, and the clerk wouldn't let me use the bathroom. I immediately booked another hotel and canceled my reservation.

This property was nothing like the pictures online, an since l went through a 3rd party l was not able to get a refund. When I arrived it was run down , locks on gates of the inside restaurant and the exercise room, by looking through the windows was dirty with pigeon feathers ont the floor. There' was no shuttle and yet l was changed. Truly dissatisfied with it all, and if l could have received a refund, l would not have stayed . Very Dissatisfied $365 00 later

The maids were horrible, keys never worked , room smelled like mildewed Stayed there 2 weeks & didn’t receive towels or toilet paper or new sheets They give anyone a key to your room No AC no Heater & the tv didn’t work
