Decent size room and very clean. Breakfast was also good. If I would be very picky, 2n morning when they were serving biscuits, it would be perfect to have gravies but it didn't. Still very nice place to stay for next visit to Oakland and San Francisco area.

The room was perfectly clean. I was very happy with that. The kitchen was well supplied but the coffee maker had only 2 sugar packets and no other needed supplies to make more than a couple of cups of coffee.

Loved the room and all the amenities. Everything was clean and top notch. Would stay again 10/10. My only complaint is the parking situation. They say you can park “anywhere” around the building but all those parking meters have a 2 hour limit from what I could see. The parking for the hotel itself is valet and its $60 PER night. Thankfully I was only there for a night, and have never been to Oakland so maybe thats on me but keep that mind if you're going to be staying there.

It’s a really nice facility. The staff was nice, the housekeeper in particular. She’s the one that ended up getting me out of the elevator I was stuck in for 15 minutes. The key card system was down all weekend. If you wanted to go downstairs, leave, or get ice, you had to find someone to assist you. Any elevator ride. There was one man doing that and he was busy with other things. We felt awkward leaving. Aside from feeling like we were on chaperoned lock down. Other than that, it was great.
