Customer services not help full when we asked to check out late, they give us only half hour we arrive late11:00 last night because of the border was so busy but they don't care thats especially when we are Travil with kids little bit concerned. Also the charges of parking fee $15 which is not mention when we book our room.
Property feels a bit old, but cobdition is ok. Location is incredible, one block to the falls. Restaurants everywhere. What I did not like is that my room was not made on my second night.
Medication was stolen. And the deposit were suppose to be credit to my bank and never happen. Surely stolen also !
The guys and girls at the checkin were amazing. Very friendly, helpful and been true hosts to us. The location of this motel is second to none, 3 minutes walk to Niagara Falls.

With that being said, we do not appreciate accusations of theft when these issues are not acknowledge during your stay or are not factual. Please call the hotel front desk if you experienced such problems during your stay so we can resolve them. As for your deposit, you can call the hotel so we can provide an authorization number for your deposit being released, which you then can use to follow up with your bank.
