This is a fantastic resort close to Niagara Falls state park. I read many reviews before coming and had my doubts, especially when some noted it was "tired" and others mentioned "a heavy smell of smoke while dining." I am glad I did not listen and chose this resort. We stayed on the 24th floor, with a prime view of fireworks and Canadian side. We only ate inside the resort - there were plenty of food options for us, with a fast and convenient service. Parking was super easy (again, one of the comments said that there was no available parking) - common, there is an entire garage with plenty of parking spots. I will also note that the resort was fully sold out during our dates - yet, it did not impact the speed of the service or the pleasantness of the staff. In fact, the breakfast restaurant was the one where we ate all 3 days - and it was great. Super nice servers, very attentive and polite. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants to stay on the American side of the Niagara Falls. I wouldn't even look at other hotels around the area - this one truly stands out.

The property and rooms were on the larger side and has plenty of free parking. Its walking distance to the Niagara Falls and very convenient to nearby resturants. As far as the surrounding area, its not the hotels fault, but it's sort of deserted and run down. I feel its still one of the best options fo visit the Falls though. We didn't run into any issues walking around. The only issue worth mentioning is that the two front desk ladies weren't rude or unprofessional, but definately not friendly or volunteering any helpful information like where the elevators or rooms are located. I had to ask and the one that checked us in pointed accross the lobby. While in the elevator, my wife and I were talking about the lack of hospitality, and a couple of ladies told us they had the same experience. Our stay was for only 2 nights. On the first full day, we went out early and came back to clean up for dinner. It really didn't matter to me if the linen wasn't changed out, but no room service at all? Our bed wasn't even made. Maybe is was a mistake on the scheduling. Not that it was a deal breaker, but it was sort of odd and just wanted to mention it. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Its just too bad the United States side of the Niagara Falls isn't doing as well as the overcrowded Canadaian side.

The place is very nice, don't go in the neighborhoods around it though unless you're packing. That was from some of the people who work in the area told us. Otherwise if you stay in the tourist areas you'll be fine!!

The hotel is fine, although the lobby smells like and ashtray. Little bit of a cigarette smoke smell in our room. Room is large and well appointed. Lobby bar tender was super nice. Trouble was arriving and the main entrance being blocked and main parking lot closed. No direction signs or staff to help point to where to park or how to even get into the hotel. Frustrating after a long drive. Anyway, the hotel is okay, but if I was coming back, I’d stay some place else.

Check in was extremely slow. Line of customers with only 2 people checking customers in. Too 40 kin. or so. Very little water pressure in shower. Restaurants not open late night. Light out in shower. Casino was fine. Staff was courteous. Many card readers in slots not working.

My family's suggestion would be that when you're traveling with minor children and you need to walk through the casino to get to the buffet, is that they ask if you're a member. Instead, we walked through only to find out it was closed and when we went back, we were in the wrong line or entrance. If we had known that we would have waited in line bc when we were told we were not allowed in that entrance, the other line was a mile long. You would think your staff would have informed us before we had to walk all over and then wait. And, staff was not friendly bc we had to walk back and forth with minors.

Such a beautiful place to stay! You definitely could tell that it was one of the best hotels for the money you pay. The only drawback is the overwhelming smoke smell as you walk through the front door. Even if you reserve a nonsmoking room, you still have to endure the strong cigarette odor as you come and go.

The hotel looks new and well maintained. Pool area and gym are big enough, we used both and everything was clean and readybto use. Towels available at all times, clean and warm. The Casino was an amazing experience. Everything was safe The staff was friendly and welcoming The rooms, the view, the dinning options We are very pleased Will definitely go back.

The front desk was very rude! The only way to collect the payment was to insert the card into the machine, and I was not allowed to use contactless payment! The duty manager and the front desk even spoke to me in a "shouting" way. Viewing the video footage and listening to the audio recordings from the hotel front desk will prove my point!
