Property was clean and recently refurbished. Location was a little bit of a walk to the falls but certainly fine. I like that it was out of the hustle and bustle. My only complaint was the lack of knowledge or training of the people at the front desk. It was aparent they were not from the area or not trained to know how to get to any of the attractions or any way you had to go. We did not want to deal with driving from New York city so we took Amtrak. They told me to open up Google maps and everybody drives here. Then they would tell me just take an Uber. I can't imagine they don't deal with this on an almost daily basis. I was absolutely not the only guest frustrated with them. The zone rep needs to look into this. Most of the guests probably go to the same places so the staff needs to be trained or have literature to help them. Hopefully this will help other guests in the future.
