Great stay. Great location. Great host. The house is very welcoming with a lot of space. Three full bathrooms and three bedrooms in a very quiet neighborhood, minutes from the falls by car. I cannot say one bad thing about this amazing experience. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

I was very impressed with how clean and homey the property felt!! There were also so many fun activities in the house - Netflix, karaoke, and games! The property was also a short drive away from both Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake!The attention to detail made the difference e.g., the smell of the towels, large shampoo/conditioner, coffee pods

Nice place in a family-friendly neighborhood. Appliances, utensils, and extras were well-stocked. Only downsides were that the en suite shower wasn't working and it was a longer than expected walk to the Clifton Hill attractions. Overall, a great place though!

Perfect location for a family stay near the falls. Plenty of space for family of 5. Host was easy to work with and answered questions fast. The only thing that bugged me a little was not having extra sheets and kitchen towels. I’m sure the host would have been more than willing to drop more off, we were just so busy. Didn’t spend much time in the house but beds were comfy and we loved that there were 3 large fans that we could move to each bedroom. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Absolutely great! Would stay here again in a second! The house is in a great neighborhood on a quiet street and had plenty of room for my three kiddos and me. Easy drive to the Falls, Clifton Hill, and Route 420 to the QEW. Also close to Wal-Mart, Tim Horton’s, and several gas stations. I can’t say enough about the great location. One bonus for us was a beautiful city park two blocks away with a pool, splash pad, and playground.The interior of the house was beautiful and well-appointed. Netflix was a great bonus on the Roku TV, as were the floor fans for each bedroom. We were unfortunately down to one shower during our week there, as the owner let us know in advance that one of the three was OOC, but we found that a second one was out as well. Minor inconvenience but we worked around it. Plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen - only had to buy one baking pan. Overall, we were extremely pleased with everything!If you’re looking for a great house for a family vacation to Niagara, look no further! This is it!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. We spent a whole week here and it was great. With the couple of issues / questions that we did have, the home owner was immediately responsive and did everything reasonably possible to take care of things. I would be glad to stay here again. Also, the neighborhood seems safe and quite and we had no concerns or issues with the location.

Functional home away from home.

Property was extremely clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Unfortunately, the sink was clogged for a day and the third shower wasn’t functioning during our stay. Gill did a great job coordinating the sink repair at time that was convenient for us. The rest of our stay was issue free and enjoyable.

First Time in Canada

Overall great stay. Certainly a hidden gem. The home requires some minor TLC, but very charming, and the host Gill is super responsive. The outside representation does not accurately reflect the inside charm. While there is much need for curb appeal, the host's comfort, proximity and attentiveness are worth visiting again.

Great place

Good communication with Gill Onate which was appreciated. House was very clean which is always a priority. Downstairs is lovely; bedrooms smaller than appear in pictures but comfortable; showers were very nice. Location to the Falls, etc., super. Great vacation. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay - close to all Falls attractions

Over the last month, we’ve stayed in 5 or 6 different VRBOs and this was by far the best. The rooms were comfortable for our family of 5, it was incredibly clean and cute, communication with the owner was quick and easy. What more could you ask for??!! We would certainly visit again!

Good location

Gill responded quickly. House was in nice, safe neighborhood. And close to the falls. Three full baths was very helpful with three teenagers. Driveway to park in as well as opposed to the street. Recommend.
