Checked in and got the key for our room with king bed. Arrived at the room and it was still not cleaned up. Back at the desk we were told that they didn't have any rooms ready. We inquired about other places to stay but didn't have transportation. Finally we were told that we could have a queen room. We took it. Don't know if we were due any refund. Won't go back.
