This would have been a great vacation if the AC would have worked appropriately. After notification the first time and coming to to "reset" and change filter it did work but never got below 74° in the unit. Notification number 2 went on deaf ears, we did check out and move to another hotel. I did alert the front desk upon early check-out, was advised Manager would contact me the next day but that never happened. Never asked for a refund, didn't expect one, however, communication would have been nice. When the room reached 80° that was too much.
So, in a nutshell: perfect location, excellent employees, spacious suites. Need to work on upkeep of HVAC so other people who spend so much to stay are happy. Learn on better communication practices.
