I can say the staff was amazing, everyone was so helpful! The room was spacious and nicely decorated. It was like a 1bd room apt! The first night our heater stopped working and woke up to a very cold room during the Artic weather. Went to jump in the shower to warm up and the water was either scolding hot or freezing cold. After that I went to make coffee and the pot sprayed coffee all over the counter and floor. The closet light kept going out like it had a short in it, would stay on a few minuets then go out. Around 4pm Saturday after using the text, calling the front desk twice and speaking directly with the maintenance man Donnie, in the elevator, he came and fixed the heater. Donnie was very helpful with dinner suggestions! We did like the room key wristbands those were very helpful. I thought we had paid for the breakfast option but it was never even mentioned upon check in nor was anything said about it. The location was good, but next time I’ll opt for a room without the city view because you can hear everything outside.

Over all the everything was outstanding, staff, amenities in the room also cleaned room. I’m not sure if it was me i couldn’t get the exercise machine to worked properly. I only used it once over al 10 out 10.

Clean rooms and it looked like the photos as advertised. The main area of the room was too huge, while the bedroom and bathroom were quite small in comparison. The walk in closet was a big surprise. Location was prime but there were some scary people hanging around on the street corners near the hotel, which you did have to walk past in order to get anywhere. It was too cold to use but the rooftop pool area was very nice.

Staff were friendly, had a hit and miss with getting drinks at the bar, hardly ever had anyone working the bar. But, when we would ask the front desk, they would find someone to help us.

Nice spacious room that had everything needed to cook a meal. Very friendly front desk that welcomed me almost every time I walked in. Lady who handled the valet was also very friendly and even granted some of the guests beads to take around New Orleans. would love to stay again!

Door from bathroom to bedroom needed repaired. Had to throw shoulder into it and wake everyone up in room if you wanted to open or close it. I wasn’t a fan of no housekeeping except for every 10 days and a possible charge if we wanted new towels. Also, the bed was supposed to be a queen. After sleeping in it the first night, it seemed more like a double bed. I even measured it and compared to the specifications for a queen bed which would be 60 inches wide. This was 54, a double bed. Hotel staff were friendly, but the hotel needs to be updated.
