Great stuff
Nice hotel to stay. Don’t look for any extra amenities, no coffee in rooms, no fridge/microwave . Lobby does have a microwave and coffee. Room is small with no chairs. It did have a metal fold up chair hanging on wall. Good location close to Canal 2 blocks to streetcar boarding. If you travel with pet BE AWARE there is no where near for pets to do their business. There is an empty building across street that had concrete planters with dirt in it along with broken glass. Typical New Orleans homeless people where hanging around exit door in early morning. Not the hotel fault. There is a restaurant and bar on premises. I would stay at this hotel again. If you’re not big on amenities and basic this is a nice quiet safe hotel to stay at.
Didn’t like no fridge or microwave in room. Everything else good
I loved the boutique style ambiance of the hotel. However I was locked out of my room twice, as the room key didnt work, the front desk lady was super understanding the first time and super helpful. However, a different front desk lady was really rude and short and seemed inconvenienced. Overall the quality of the hotel was there and eye appealing and I had no other problems with my stay.
Hotel was way too loud. Poor housekeeping
The room was good, the chairs in the room were uncomfortably
Great location, very cozy rooms and eclectic atmosphere staff were all really friendly and accommodating. The welcome drink was awesome! No issues or complaints whatsoever! Love this place will definitely stay there again when I’m in Nola!
Compared to Moxy Washington DC, this property was disappointing. Interiors need a refresh. The sofas had stains, there were no light controls, day time & night time same light levels. 3 night stay & our room was not cleaned once, beds not made, not talking about changing sheets. The room was very humid & sheets felt damp, the AC needs to be looked at. The bar staff was very nice. Next time unfortunately Aloft down street would be better choice.
Very friendly staff allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room for free because they said we looked tired. An overall pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
don’t prepay they give you the worst room. hotel is the worst. it’s like you’re staying at the YMCA.
I love the decor.
I rarely write bad reviews but I feel like i need to warn potential guests. This place looks okay, like marriot's version of the ACE, but it us far from that. The concept is cute and hip but it feels like a hostel. I can get over that lack of amenities, small room, terrible matress and cheap furnishings, but good god was this place dirty. I came in to town on a Saturday and by Monday the hallway stank to piss and the carpet was 5 shades darker. The staff with the exception of only a couple of the front desk employees was rude and angry and seemed irritated that i was even saying hello to them. The
Good amenities for the price. Good location
Perfect location
Close too alot of things
This property was terribly understaffed with only one person on duty at times. Rooms were not being serviced daily with no advance notification given to the guests.Hotel used COVID-19 as an excuse to have one person running the entire show. Totally unacceptable.
