Initially I was not impressed with the MOXY. The room was very warm when we arrived, but it cooled down nicely while we went to dinner. The cold water on the sink did not work, but it was never an issue. The staff was very pleasant, and very friendly. I found out later that our room was upgraded due to the length of stay that we had. The room seemed Spartan compared to many other hotels that I've stayed at. But ultimately it was all that I needed. The bed was very comfortable and was easy to sleep in. The shower was nice, with a "rain" shower head and a wand. The location was absolutely excellent. MOXY is a very short walk to the French Quarter and everything that it offers. There are several parking garages if needed with fair pricing. The bar area was closed due to the pandemic, but the staff served up "to go" drinks. The mixed drinks were very tasty! MOXY turned out to be a great hotel, especially considering the price. I will definitely look back here for my future trips to NOLA.

The location is close to several tourist spots. The hotel staff is friendly.

Elevator not working for the 10th floor. Had to use stairs

I like the unique vibe of the joint. Staff is friendly, the bed is comfy and the room is clean.

Liked the overall ambiance, however, it said that there was a restaurant in the description, and there was not. They did offer a couple different munchie type pizzas in the bar area, but they were RIDICULOUSLY priced. I also missed a coffee maker and fridge in the rooms. Did get used to no closet or dressers.

Very cute and nice. Staff was wonderful. Room is a little small and the bathroom sink was in the room instead of inside the bathroom... did not like that at all. Also don’t bring back leftovers because there is no fridge to store things.

Property is not as wheelchair accessible as they advertised. And, one of the managers/supervisors had an attitude the whole time.

The first floor was not n shambles .. the bar was okay though . The room was good but the cleaning staff just reused our dirty glass cups . One still had the tooth paste mark still in it . No hair dryer, one outlet light stayed blinking red , the sink went down slow . The show was good , nice pressure the beds were comfortable. But no closets, no safe, everything had to be hung in the wall ... yes the wall . It’s was okay compared to what I’m use too.

I liked the modern look of it. I didn't like that they had nothing at the front desk for guests such as a toothbrush which most hotels I have stayed at have had. I also didn't like that the staff didn't know how to catch local transportation back to the airport.

The rooms are a bit small but very well arranged and very efficient.

Staff was very friendly and helpful rooms were nice and clean well put together ... only thing I would have loved to have was a pool and parking is to high to accommodate guest .

The design was very fun and the lobby had many things to do.

Everything about this hotel is cheap/shabby disguised as hipster. OK, not a dresser drawer anywhere to put your stuff. So what to do? If your stay is one night, live out of your suitcase. FIne. But at least provide TWO suitcase stands so you or your wife doesn't have to live out of a suitcase on the GROUND. For 2-4 nights? Really? Tiny, unattractive room. A window looking out to a concrete wall. Super-cheap hipster-looking bathroom fittings. Really!? Again, don't provide a desk or an adult-sized trash can (there IS a little DOLL can- sooo cute...), so the tiny room looks a little bigger? Are you easily fooled? You might love this hotel. I stayed in one of their first in Tempe AZ. That one was NICE. This one- not so much.
