**Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. Early check-in is available up to 1pm for $50 which is used to hire an extra cleaner to assist with servicing the property. Early check-in for before 1pm require booking the previous night at a discounted rate, if available. Contact host for details.

**The space is a single Condo in a large Condominium building. There is secure off street parking along with an elevator to the second floor where the unit is located. Street parking is not guaranteed and if you choose to utilize street parking please be sure to follow city and state laws.

**Pack-n-play/highchairs must be reserved.

**Please note that per city permit laws, this home has an internal noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city.

**We require a separate Rental Agreement and Virtual Check-in forms to be e-signed and completed after your booking.

**Please send a photo of your car insurance, or if renting a vehicle, then a copy of the rental agreement showing insurance coverage, if you plan to use the parking garage as required by the condo association.

**Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be issued minus the Stripe processing fee.
