The reception area is very run down. Elevators are slow. Rooms have been redone but and look nice but doors stick, toilet flush crazy loud, carpet sticky.

Treated my husband to a fun birthday weekend in NOLA & we choose this hotel because of its location. Our room was quiet and we appreciated the free water and the fridge. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to everything and walkable. Lean on the concierge for local suggestions. The fact that they have security at the front entrace, makes for a safe stay.

I called prior to my stay to request a microwave which I did not get in my room. The room and bathroom was very small; no privacy with the bathroom door. Night shift desk staff was rude. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. Overall, it is overpriced and I wouldn't stay bere again.

Prime location. If you visiting New Orleans you need to stay in Bourbon street. Everything is walkable and safe. Lots of dining options and bars in Bourbon and around. The hotel and valet parking and professionally managed. The staffs are all nice. They have a breakfast restaurant place inside. Only issue they only give 1 water bottle per day hence carry water with you. If your room near Bourbon street then it can be noisy at night due a Latino club.
