Here’s a well-rounded hotel review you can use: --- I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. One thing to note is that valet parking is required, which was convenient and efficient, though something guests should plan for in advance. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from Bourbon Street—making it easy to enjoy the energy, nightlife, and attractions while still having a comfortable place to retreat afterward. What truly stood out during my stay was the staff. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to all guests. From check-in to valet service and daily interactions, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, the combination of a prime location, professional valet service, and outstanding staff made this a great place to stay, and I would gladly recommend it to others visiting the area.

No breakfast was provide during our stay. The room was outdated. Cracks in the window and a trail of window came from the window to the floor. The Ice machine didn’t work on our floor, 3 days out of 5 the tv didn’t work and the elevator was giving trouble. No robes were provided but the website stated they would be.

First room we were in was not so good. The toilet backed up and the mini bar sink was backed up. After we informed the front desk,they quickly moved us to a comparable room. From there on out the rest of our stay was excellent.
