I was put into what was described as a "handicap" room. The shower was terrible and the toiletries were used/half empty. The AC worked perfectly, there were ample towels, and the room appeared to be clean. My main complaint would be regarding the strange shower situation.

Great stay, we came to see parades and this hotel was within walking distance to two great parades for Mardi Gras. We were still able to navigate to uptown for more Marco Gras fun! Great spot for not being in the thick of it all but also a good spot for families. It was pretty quiet and the room was clean.
