Condo was impeccable. Very clean with great amenities. Beach was nice and the gym facility was very good. Grocery store 1/2 mile away was a huge plus. Be prepared to rent a car to get to food or activities.

The property is well kept and maintained. However, the spa was not open the entire week we were there, they were always out of towels when at the beach, after a 25 hour trip our room was not ready until 7:30 p.m with no hot water to shower. Staff accommodated us with an upgrade, the next day, which we were happy with. Overall, very nice property, not great service from restaurant and beach staff, and far from any touristy things. Hope this helps.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER!!!!!!!!

We got there at 1:00 and as soon as we walked in they abruptly said check in is at 3:00. Very rude, unfriendly. They tried to charge us double for their resort fees which is unacceptable. When brought to her attention, girl at the front desk apologized. Management visibly sat in the back the whole time and never greeted us. This is a catfish property. They have a tiny adult pool that kids are not allowed in unless over 16. If your kid even attempts to get in, security guards come over and turn it into an embarrassing situation. The kids pool was murky, dirty and was the size of a hot tub. The food at the Pink Octopus was terrible and overpriced. I reserved a 4 bedroom with 1 King, 2 Queens, and 2 Twins. What they gave me is 1 Queen, 2 Fulls and 2 Toddler size beds. When I called the office, the lied and said I got what I booked. The beds were super hard. The room was disgustingly dirty. The couches were dirty and worn down. There were ants and insects all over the place. Super large undetermined pest was living in one of the vents. The dishwasher was broken. The washer was broken. The bathroom light was broken. When we called to let them know, they informed management wasn’t available. The kicker was they didn’t have any running water, then they lied and said it was a government issue! All the surrounding hotels had water except Palm Cay. It was so horrible, we left early, lost money and went to another resort where we could enjoy ourselves and our kids had so much fun.

Its a contruction site. We had light rain and the few block were flooded. No drainage. SPA was closed. Nothing much to do.
