The water was shut off due to an emergency when we arrived. But when we got back in for the night, it was still shut off at the water tank. We believe this is due to one of the showers constantly leaking.

Great location, host interaction was good. Dishwasher leaked when we tried to run it. The place was not very clean. Probably will stay somewhere else on our next visit due to the cleanliness level.

Host responded quickly to my text. Very convenient area to stay if your wanting to walk downtown to Broadway. We used Lime scooters and walked the entire visit. Fun time!

Location was perfect. View of river and bridges was nice. Nice kitchen. Beds were comfortable. No one was coming in after us so we got to get a late checkout because our flight got delayed.Floors were sinking in a few spots. Could use a little paint, new curtains. Otherwise Good stay!!

Good communication from host. Space mostly as advertised. Opportunity to make some fixes such as loose electrical outlets in back bedroom and shower door does not close completely. Also bedroom details in listing state sofa bed however the sofa does not include all pieces and not usable as listed. Not an issue for needing space for sleeping but teens were looking forward to using it.

We enjoyed the property. The beds were comfy and the place was clean, however the floors were not level and buckled in places. The hall bathroom floor had a big soft spot but all in all I’d stay again.

When we arrived it was not very clean and infested with gnats . However the property manager came his self and cleansed changed a halogen bulb .. there was no light in the kitchen. Also provided us with bug traps I believe his name was Kevin .. thank goodness for Kevin!

Good place

Overall, my party was pretty happy with this place. The view of the river is great, the condo provides all the amenities needed. The A/C works, we had to turn it off it was so cold but kept turning back on around 4am. If there are guests in the unit above, the ceilings are thin and you might think a boot is going to come through the roof, but thats nothing the condo owner can fix. The bed in the room across from the kitchen is very loud and creeks every time you turn over in your sleep so the sleep wasn't great (between people upstairs walking back and forth at all hours of the night and the creeking bed) but the place is located in a great spot and is clean. There's a great cantina (Social Cantina) two blocks away and a Bar & Grill (didn't eat there as it was mostly pizzas). Kevin the owner/property manager is super responsive so if there's anything you need, he's readily available. Would stay there again!

Nashville Riverfront

Had a very nice stay at the Riverfront Condo. It worked well for 2 couples with free parking and you can walk to Broadway. We were in a street level unit and had a very nice view of the river and daily visits from groundhogs. It can be a little noisy from the unit above, but we could deal with it and preferred the lower level.

Location was great. Able to walk to downtown. Only complaint, the people above, walking at all you hear it all. Also needed to be vacuumed. But over all, would go back and recommend, if no one is home above you.

If it wasn’t for the upstairs tenants we would happily book this unit and location again. The location is close enough to the action but far enough away you can get away from it also.

Great location

We loved our stay in Nashville. Host was VERY receptive to communication and even came out almost immediately to help us with a small issue. The location was perfect. We did a lot of walking but saved lots of money on Ubers by choosing this location.
