The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. We didn’t need the air conditioning. The room’s cleanliness was just okay. Our room had a door to the outside (I think all the rooms do have a similar set up) and there is a sidewalk adjacent to the door and next to that a strip of lawn. Someone had let their dog have a bowel movement on this green area and didn’t pick up afterward. We didn’t notice the excrement and one of us accidentally stepped on the mess! This experience was unpleasant, to say the least, and cleanup of the shoe was difficult!

Everything was great except when we came to check in they delayed it because they didn’t have any available rooms ready even though we were told it would be ready. Other than that it was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and it was quiet.

The staff were wonderful and the room was very clean & modern. The poor review stems from a chemical leak from the air conditioner. The scent permeated all my clothes, bags, luggage. I was there for a conference and I smelled like industrial chemicals. My clothes still have the scent even after washing. It’s been a few days and I’m still physically sick & nauseous to the point of canceling my only vacation this upcoming week. Please check and maintain facility equipment regularly.

Needed a one night stay near the airport and that's what we got. The front desk staff was pleasant and the room was clean. There's a Waffle House and Panera next door and fastfood across the street. All pluses. The minuses were the room had an unpleasant odor and damp feel, like there was a wet dog hiding somewhere. The curtains did little to block out the outside lights and the bed was terrible. But it provided the basics: a place to lay our heads for a few hours and a shower.
