Room was excellent. Hyatt needs to school their employees on ADA laws. I have fibromyalgia and find it hard to stand in the shower at times. I needed a room with a bath seat. He looked at me said “Oh, you’re down for an ADA room but do you really need it”? I was furious. Some disabilities can’t be seen. With fibromyalgia, one minute I can be find and then the next minute, I could have a flare. I was just taken aback by his comment.

It’s New years Eve and they did not offer a shuttle service. Also the bar closed at 10pm. I booked this Hotel for the shuttle service and bar. Won’t be staying there again.

Overall the stay was good for two nights. Comfy bed and pillows as well. Our particular room’s thermostat was messed up and kept going from heat to cool. We addressed it to the front desk at check out. The cable TV selection was limited, I would recommend bringing a Firestick or Google or AppleTV plug in.
