Incredible home with a number of great features. Beautiful property and just far away enough from the center of town to be peaceful. This house was beautiful, very clean and so scenic. They have everything you need and everything feels so high end! The house and yard are absolutely perfect for entertaining or having a gathering, and you can tell a lot of time and thought was put into the decor to feel very cozi. The adjustable beds bed were a nice touch. I especially loved how it was out of the way in a very quiet area but yet very close to town and convenient, and will definitely stay here again.

Although they are nice - the listing photos on VRBO did not do this place justice. The grounds are beautiful and it's the cleanest property I've ever had the pleasure of visiting in terms of short-term rental. It was literally 8 minutes from downtown Franklin and about 5 minutes to Leiper's Fork. Precious place and fantastic host!! We were there for a wedding and needed an early check-in and thankfully they were able to accommodate. Everything was perfect!! Comfortable beds and pillows as well!! Highly recommend! :)

Wonderful little house in Franklin Tennessee. Everything was new and there was lots of attention to detail. The deck and the fire pit in the backyard were enjoyed with a s’mores kit ready for us. Sheets and towels were excellent quality. Highly recommend it.
