Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. However, we were unable to control the A/C in our rooms and it was full blast on cold all night. The rooms were freezing. In one room, my father in law had to use towels as additional blankets. In my room I stripped the empty bed to use the additional sheets and covers to try to get warm. It made the night miserable. More gluten free options at breakfast would be helpful.

This hotel was super clean and the staff was very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff and honest. Left iPad in the hall and was able to retrieve through the maid service lost and found.

The hotel itself is very nice looking however the walls might be made of paper mache. If you like to sleep then I strongly recommend asking for a room on the top floor and or far away from the elevators. Otherwise be prepared to listen to foot traffic and other guests conversations all morning.

Our family of 5 stayed here on a recent trip (we liked it so much we stayed here again on our return trip home). The hotel was very nice. Modern. Clean. A little better breakfast selection than many hotels and again, a very modern, clean layout with nicer than average plates, cups, utensils. The room was great and was more spacious than most hotel rooms advertised as suites. Plenty of room for our luggage spread out in the room. Two beds and a sofa bed were perfect for our family. As noted by others, the bathroom was small and the door is a tight fit. Our family had no issues with the bathroom but I can see how it might be more frustrating for some guests. We appreciated the increased "living" space in the room over having a larger bathroom access. The sink and mirror were outside the bathroom as well so that helped for people getting ready in the morning. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're traveling with a family or group and want to stay together in one room.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location. I would stay here again...

and it was cancelled without notification.......after a 10 hour drive to this hotel, I was not pleased...then I was on phone with Travelocity (very nice woman) for 3 hours trying to find a suitable match.....we did, but it was tedious work......double check your reservations!!!!!!! call hotel days b4 you arrive to make sure u still have them.....

The staff was very polite and seemed genuinely interested in making our stay the best possible. The service was excellent and the facility very nice. The complimentary breakfast was delicious ...one of the best ones I've had at a hotel!

The hotel was under renovation during our stay, but that didn't stop us from receiving excellent service. Housekeeping even folded our clothes that were strewn on the floor. We had a great experience.

Nice breakfast....well presented. Requested king bed online but got 2 beds instead. Was not informed of such at checkin.

I only stayed on night. Everyone was very friendly, and rooms were very clean/presentable.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights while touring Nashville with 3 teenagers. We all enjoyed the facilities, the food, the amazing hospitality and most of all the comfort of the rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were clean and classy. I highly recommend this hotel, and the price was spot on!

The computers were down so the staff could not check us in. Staff appeared to not know what to do...they were not accommodating to the waiting guests at all. We were not offered a complimentary drink or snack for our inconvenience. We are very disappointed that the customer/guest was treated to feel unwelcomed.

This hotel is close to everything. The rooms are great and the staff was friendly and would do anything to make your stay goid.

My husband and I were having an LDS Temple Sealing. We had been previously married in Oxnard, CA 5 years ago but were married until death due you part. In the Mormon church those eligible can be sealed together for all time and eternity. Our family flew in from Ca for this very special event. Your staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They were excited for us and even went so far as to say they enjoyed looking at our pictures following the ceremony. We have now made plans to stay at your hotel every time we attend the temple there in Franklin as we live in Paducah and try to come down at least every other month. Your hotel was so nice that we decided to stay for the night each time rather than drive home right away as it felt like the perfect mini vacation. Thank you so very very much.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed room and felt it was a great value , exceptionally clean.

We came for business, family and pleasure... great location for all three reasons... Fisk University was our business for coming, three members of our family live in the Nashville area and we went to the Operyland Resort and Broadway St. for pleasure... Fantastic weekend!!!

This is a fantastic venue. Huge, quiet rooms, great beds, amazing location w/ adequate safe parking, unbelievably accommodating staff and super friendly. Rooms are perfectly appointed w/ fridge and microwave. Clean clean clean! I only didn't give the ammenities a 5star rating because they don't give you body lotion. But the lobby w/ Starbuck's and wonderful desserts, inviting personal spaces and decent breakfast are probably more important. Hope they find a room for me when I return to Franklin this week!

The hotel was clean and modern. It was nicely furnished. The staff were friendly.

Wanted to stay in Franklin/Brentwood area to visit Brentwood Baptist Church. Was perfect to get to the church and close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Staff was very friendly. Will play to stay there again.
