Never again !!! This hotel for sure need rehab. Everything is old and dirty. Even for one night better pay $ 20 more and choose another hotel in this area. Bedding wasn't changed. Was dirty, smelled of sweat and have yellow stains and hairs so I ask for another room witch was much better.... was clean.

The place is definitely outdated and worn. There’s an interesting smell in the hallways but if you’re looking for a place to lay your head for the night, this does the job. The sheets and towels are clean. The microwave, fridge and coffee maker are also clean. Those are the things that matter to me, so no complaints.

The room had mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom. The beds were small. The carpet was dirty. And of course hair in the bathroom. Even just one or two make me question if it was cleaned well or at all. Just because I look for a good price on a room doesn’t mean I want to give up clean and decent.

You can tell they are updating. Overall, a very nice hotel.

Hotel staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The women staff we interacted with were always smiling or laughing. Rooms and breakfast area were well kept, clean, and comfortable. Shower had great pressure and was well lit. The elevator seemed to be malfunctioning while we stayed. It would stop at random floors or stay stationary when trying to return to a floor. It also had an awkward jolt between floor 3 and 4 that made me lose my breath the first time it happened. I told the male staff member at the first desk, as did sever others that were staying, and he didn’t seem very concerned, replied with ‘okay, thanks!’ He also seem misplaced when one of the children spilled their hot cocoa in the lobby. He handed the mother towels to clean it herself and acted annoyed he needed the mop. We apologized profusely for the accident but he kept a tight lip, making it an uncomfortable situation.

The staff was rude. My room had crumbs and dirt on the carpet. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. It was very loud and you could hear everything in the hallway.

The carpet has multiple small to very large pet urine stains. The room has the odor of a wet dog. The bathroom smelled like sour water. The bed was decent. But the overall experience was awful because of the odor and the carpet stain. We will never stay in this La Quinta again. Will not and cannot recommend it to anyone.

The hotel smelled, as did the room. The toilet and/or tub leaked. And the room was not quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure and hot water were excellent. Quality of breakfast was not great.

Great clean quiet, friendly staff.the bed was cushiony cozy and soft. The breakfast was amazingly hot and delicious. I would recommend this hotel n also the only hotel pet friendly for free.

We were there for the Civil War Relic Show. Good location for that purpose. The beds had the best pillows we have ever had in a motel. The switch for the lights between the beds was very touchy & bad. Friendly staff.

When we arrived for check-in they informed us that they had over booked the room type that we had booked. We were supposed to have two full size beds but my friend and I had to share one king size bed instead. I also overheard them speaking to a guest on the phone that they had overbooked and did not have a room available for them. BEWARE.

The HOT TUB was a welcoming site after the long drive from Illinois. The pool is great for the kids and warm! The room was clean and comfortable enough and I really appreciated the small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I have stayed here before so I knew what to expect. The only bad thing that happened was that the maid did NOT clean my room and left the door unlocked and propped open all day. Luckily nothing was stolen. I think a lot of the cleaning staff called in over the Thanksgiving holiday. I addressed my concerns to the manager and she made it up to me with a free nights stay on my next visit. I would stay here again.

Room on side of interstate. Very, very noisy all night.

I use this motel whenever I travel to my physician and have for years. Several restaurants in close proximity. Cracker Barrel right next door.

While we were waiting on the elevator guest walked up with two dogs. When we got to the room smoke overpowered the room. I was unable too stay in that room another second. Went back to the desk to ask for another room, they only has 1 (ONE) room left. When we went in this room, the smell was better, but smaller. We gave up a double queen, with mini fridge, and microwave, for a single queen without fridge and microwave. Oh did I mention handicapped accessible? We went on with our day, came back that night to a barking, howling puppy next door. Then all of a sudden we hear this huge dog coming down the hall barking. Ok ARE WE IN A DOG HOTEL OR WHAT? The guest nect door finally come back, then we realize the walls are paper thin...hear their whole conversation, visits to the bathroom...etc. At checkout asked the clerk if there was a difference in the price of the room since we did downgrade, her answer was...that room actually cost more but since the price was locked in we got it at a discounted price...REALLY. WELL ENJOY THAT BECAUSE I WILL NOT BE RETURNING

The place is definitely outdated and worn. There’s an interesting smell in the hallways but if you’re looking for a place to lay your head for the night, this does the job. not as great as the pictures make it seem

The room had mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom. The beds were small. The carpet was dirty. And of course hair in the bathroom.
