The host was so warm, welcoming and beyond accommodating during our stay in Franklin. The house was lovely and very close to restaurants and shops. We had a great time and will certainly be back again.

We are so grateful for such a pleasant stay at the Bar House. Before we ever even arrived Jennifer was so helpful to me in correcting a booking mistake I made. The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet and the perfect location for our conference we were attending. I would stay here again 100%.

Jennifer, the home host, is outstanding in her communication! The home was well stocked, clean, and close to all things Franklin! They are attentive in every detail. The fenced in backyard was perfect as well! Loved that the property was pet friendly – we were traveling with our 12 year-old lab!

We had a great stay at the BarHouse of Franklin. The backyard was so nice for our pup and the house was well stocked with supplies and very clean. The host was very responsive to any questions, which is always nice. I’d recommend staying here if you are looking for a VRBO in Franklin.

Jennifer and Jeremiah were excellent hosts. Communication was great, the house was clean and decorated nicely with seasonal accents. There was a welcome note with flowers and treats upon arrival. The house was comfortable and roomy enough for our needs (girls tripa baby). Jennifer responded graciously via email after a county wide power outage. Despite the house feeling comfortable and clean, we did not love the neighborhood, traveling as a group of just women. However, it was walking distance and a short driving distance to the Factory and downtown Franklin, respectively.
