The was a very Clean and spacious home. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying our time with friends. Easy uber ride to Broadway. A few restaurants were close by to walk to. The communication was great with the host too. I'd highly recommend this home.

Great Location!

Great spacious unit. Very clean. The location was on a quiet neighborhood street, but only a block and a half from the grocery store and to Zanies' comedy club. We made use of both! There were a few things that were missing, but Julian remedied these right away. Would definitely stay here again. The secure garage was a nice bonus as we had a rental vehicle and did not have to park it on the street.

Great location

This place is great! Very comfortable, 5 minute Uber/Lyft to Broadway. A couple of miles to Music Row/Gulch. EXCELLENT communication with host. We would definitely stay here again

Nashville adventure

Just a great home. Location was perfect for all we did in and around town. This home was perfct for hanging out and then getting ready for our excursions. We really enjoyed it.

Great stay!

We loved our stay here! The beds were so comfortable and everything was very clean with the exception of the shower curtains being a bit mildewy. The owner was easy to communicate with and replied quickly. The location was great, just a few blocks from 12 south.

Great stay!

We needed a place to stay while we attended a nearby conference and this place was the best! Great home with enough room and bathrooms to accommodate our teacher group :), super clean, well supplied, and a very safe, quiet neighborhood. We could walk to nearby restaurants and grocery. Will definitely try to stay here again next year!

Everything about this property was wonderful. I think the only issue my in-laws had were the stairs....but they are older. But communication, location, cleanliness....all of it were A+! Thanks so much for everything!

Great Location, Great Home!

Very clean updated Home. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Rooms were all big and spacious. Check and check out was easy. Julian was in contact with us to make sure everything was in order during our stay. Location was perfect for 12th street restaurants and Publix a few blocks away. Will stay again for sure.

5 woman in Nashville for Reunion Weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was perfect for us. We are five women in our our 60s who are getting together for a reunion weekend. We had a blast! The location is ideal and it’s a very safe neighborhood and you can walk to zanies comedy club! There is a Publix right next-door and there’s also Hattie’s chicken around the corner. Ubers were plentiful! The property was very clean and Julian was great to work with. Thanks, Julian.

Perfect Location

This was perfect setup and a good location for us. There are a lot of steps, so if steps are difficult this is not the place for you. King room and bathroom on first floor, second floor is kitchen and family room, and the other two bedrooms are on the third floor. Host was great at communicating and check in was easy.

Beautiful property

This home was everything we hoped for and more. It was in a perfect location to get to everything we wanted in minutes and the neighborhood was very quiet and very safe. The house was immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this home for a girls trip or a family vacation. Perfect gem!

Family Fun

This was a perfect location for our family of four, including two teens. We loved the 12th South area for shopping and restaurants. Nice we could walk there!! Quick ride to Broadway for the live music. Overall, great place!

Don’t look any further

If you are looking to go to nashville with a group of people, this is your place! It’s a short Uber ride to broadway ($15-20) in a great neighborhood, beautifully decorated and CLEAN! One thing I don’t recall from the listing but wasnt a problem for our group- There are lots of stairs. Publix was a short walk away which was nice after visiting broadway for a few hours! We definitely have this saved In our favorites and will rent again if we go back to nashville.

Best location in Nashville!

We stayed here recently for fall break. There were 9 of us total and the house fit us all perfectly. It is in a great little area. A short Uber/Lyft to Broadway (about a 10 min drive) and is actually an easy walk as well (about 40 min). The place itself was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. A great place for a group! We can’t wait to go back.

We had three couples meet in Nashville for a week. This property was perfect for us! Two car garage was great. Grocery store and restaurants close. Quiet neighborhood. The house was amazing. Quick LYFT ride downtown, 5 minutes.

Amazing location for Nashville B-day Weekend!

This rental was perfect for our group of 8, even had spare mattresses to make sure everyone had a comfy place to sleep. Julian was super responsive with us and made the check in/check out process super easy. The location was quiet, but around others who were visiting which made it fun for celebrating the bday weekend! It’s close enough to downtown to ride a scooter if you want, or a short Uber ride. Highly recommend this rental if you are headed to Nashville with a group!

Great property in a very nice neighborhood!

4 day weekend trip to Nashville. House is equipped well, and in a nice neighborhood. Easy walk to Hattie B's and Publix. Lots of shops on 12 South. Uber was typically only a five minute wait, and a cheap ride to Broadway. The host is very responsive. We were very pleased with our stay.
