You can’t call the hotel directly, you can only text. Took two days to get help checking online since you can’t check in at a desk upon arrival. They requested a confirmation number, but Orbitz didn’t provide me with one. Spent two days texting back and forth for someone with the hotel finally provided me the confirmation number they needed. Parking said you could pay for parking in your room or in the lobby or on the sign in front of the space. The room didn’t have any info on paying for parking, the person at the front area was too busy making iced coffees for people to help, so I went back to the parking spot. The site it directed me to had such a small calendar to select the day I needed parking, I mistakenly select two nights instead of one. The hotel texting group couldn’t help me change the information and said I had to email a separate company. It too 8 emails with this company to finally credit me the charges for the second day. Terrible experience since you can’t speak to anyone, and they don’t control even the parking on their own property. Also, came back to the hotel from a concert hot, sweaty, and thirsty only to see everything was closed in the lobby area. I will never go through all this hassle for this hotel again.
