My family and I had an exceptional stay from start to finish. The valet service was prompt and professional, and once we arrived upstairs, Kara at the front desk greeted us with a warm and welcoming personality that truly elevated the customer service experience. The room was stunning, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Spacious and beautifully designed, it felt like a true home away from home.

Hotel Room felt more like a condo or townhouse. Very cozy, clean, all stainless appliances and mostly furnished kitchen. Balcony and sectional in living room with ocean view. Large bathroom, tv in separate bedroom. Comfortable bed. Sleep was easy. Pool was heated and clean. Large hot tub, sociable bar at night. Restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. If you don't opt for valet parking you will walk to the parking garage which is set across the street. Registration was on the 2nd floor so was a bit confusing but staff was present and promptly directed us. Concierge gave us discount dining coupons, more discounts available but we only stayed overnight. Would definitely stay again

The room was very clean, and modern. It was a very peaceful trip! The staff was friendly, and gave clear directions and information regarding our stay. All of the kitchen supplies were very clean as well! That’s a plus for me. My partner and I enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

Everything was nice. Comfortable bed. Nice room. The only issue we encountered was for some reason charging our phones or accessories seemed to be slow other than that everything was great.

Lemme say that I love the Enclave, which is the sister hotel of Oceans 22. With that said, I think it would be better worded to say oceans 22 is a long lost cousin. The staff were friendly no complaints there. The room was clean enough, when you’re at Myrtle Beach you have to have pretty low expectations anyway because you’re paying for the view. A couple of the notable complaints. First, their little store, which is a Starbucks and normally has a few food items, was an absolute rip off. They have pancakes at the Enclave, which are fresh and quite tasty. At oceans 22 they quite literally gave me four microwaved pancakes, very much out of a box from the grocery store, for $12. The entire time we were there we had virtually no Wi-Fi. We had maintenance come, he attempted to show us a way to boot leg off the TV and just mentioned that the building has terrible service. The end result was we couldn’t check any emails, we couldn’t stream any TV and it really impacted the trip. It’s 2025, reliable Internet should just be a must have. They were also doing work on the hotel, while not in surmountable it meant that one of the elevators was down and general inconveniences. Of course, none of this is mentioned when you booked the room. It certainly isn’t a terrible place, they clearly have a lot of great reviews and out of the other selections at Myrtle Beach, It’s still a top five place to stay. I just say if you have the choice of here or the enclave, I would go with the ladder.
