When arriving I did have some trouble with the staff finding my reservation. They didn’t stop helping me until I was in a room at the same rate and they even upgraded me!! Loved the stay here!

We stayed at this property for four nights in a three bedroom suite ocean front. Our stay was everything we desired. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff are helpful and courteous, but the showstopper was suite. We did experience a slight issue with the air conditioner. However, once I called maintenance, Panda came within 20 minutes and completely rectified the issue! The location is walkable to many restaurants, strip activities and highlights. We felt very safe in this location. I highly recommend and would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had a 2 Bedroom Suite. Only issue we had was the floor wasnt swept or mopped. So wear your slippers at all times. Other than that no complaints. Would book again

Only thing negative i would have to say would be the way our room was, the bedroom was by the hallway and had a window in the room that everyone walked by and the constant noise of the elevator all night. Other than that it was good!
