Door doesnt shut good .hot water is not hot. Pictures on website photo shot. Needs new house maids was dirty and look like no one had clean the place like floor and the base boards was dirty and had hair and dust. Master bathroom shower doesnt shut off. 3rd bedroom was not a room looked like a closet. The closest s where the broom and hot water heater and ac was dirty and nasty stuff thrown everywhere and hair and dust. Wash machine and dryer was in kitchen was so small not sure how they wash the bedding. Coach in living room was small not like in Pictures. Just not what i thought it would be the Pictures are photo shopped to make you think its really nice and big but its not and in the kitchen the pots and pans was dirty already put up and looks like the wood beside the sink and dryer is falling... so it was more like a 4.6 out of 10.......

The location was great, right on the beach. However the resort is old, there was a distinct, not pleasant smell as soon as you walked in. The condo was nice but the bed in the second bedroom was broken. And a chair in the living room is broken as well.

Nice clean condo with good space and a great view!

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Palms resort! There was a lot of room for our family of 5 to sleep and relax in the condo. There were a few minor issues/updates that I recommended, which were well received by management. Beyond that, the location, cleanliness, beach access, pool and views were beautiful! (Moonrise photos from the balcony attached).

Nice place. Great location.

Communication with property management iffy at best. Would have liked the place to have been cleaned better, expressed that our first morning, was told someone would be sent out, then no further action or communication ever occured. Other than that, everything was ok.

Great Place!!!

The condo was in a great location and right on the beach. It has 2 balconies to just chill and watch the waves come in. It was clean and the condo was exactly as the pictures showed. I would definitely stay here again!!!
