Great Spot for Myrtle Beach

Overall, the property was great. It was exactly as described in the listing, and the management team at the property was very professional. The location was wonderful, and the complex of properties together was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend it for anyone staying in Myrtle Beach. There were three areas for potential improvement. First, the kitchen could be more well-appointed with glasses (no wine glasses), cutting boards, and other kitchen supplies other than the bare basics. Second, there were no recycling bins in the unit. Third, some of the exterior areas were showing wear: uneven pavement or patios, rust on metal fencing, etc. Nothing dramatic, but it was noticable. The bigger issue was that the surrounding properties showed some bigger issues with maintenance and trash. However, I give credit to Breakers for being a positive anchor for the area.
