We had a good time in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It is also within walking distance of the U-Bahn station which made travelling around the city much easier than by car. If you have a car it is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel to their partnered garage and they offer validation which makes it cheaper than parking in a random garage.

Overall a great stay, checking in was easy and the room was very clean. I slept great (no issues with noise or anything outside) and the A/C worked perfectly. The staff was always present when needed. I also appreciated that they let me keep my luggage there after my check out so I didn't have to carry it around while enjoying the rest of my time in Munich.

Very good hotel, clean, quiet, comfortable, an oasis so convenient, Hauptbahnhof, U & S-bahn, are close by, Marienplatz, market, churches, attractions are within walking distances. Cafe at the street corner great to get a coffee and croissant sandwiches for breakfast, mix wth locals, Lidal grocery store close by (couple of stripteases on the street but they are quiet, safe, don't bother anyone, no problems).

The room itself was clean and tidy however the area was a little bit rowdy at night time. traffic was loud in the mornings however our room was high enough up to nullify with earplugs The staff were kind and helpful when we needed fresh towels and pillows. Just be aware that if you book a double room, you may in fact get two single beds. The location was great only two minutes from the central station and a 10 minute walk to centre of town. It was a nice coffee shop close to the hotel.

I would not stay here again. I booked this Hotel almost a year ago since we were going to Octoberfest. The only positive was the location to the Munich rail station, downtown and Octoberfest, all within walking distance. There are no amenities. Being a coffee drinker I missed not having a coffee machine in the room. I went to the front desk and asked for 2 cups of coffee, I received 2 cups with about 2 shots of expresso in it for 3.20 euros each. I was surprised that they were not free. Very loud, people outside yelling and screaming every morning until around 2 am right before the garbage trucks came around at 4:30 am. My wife and I did not sleep at all, even with headphones on.
