They need to update their info online because they do NOT have a pool or spa. Rooms need to be updated. Bread and plain cereal was the only breakfast options. I left behind my portable charger. ($150) Called them 2 hours after i left and they told me they didnt find anything in my room.... otherwise, the room was bigger than i expected. Especially for the price. I got the hot tub suite. Hot tub worked better than many other hotels' do. Room had a dining area, mini kitchen with counters and many cupboards. A full size fridge/freezer that works! Had its own sperate bedroom from the living room. Tvs in both rooms but barely worked. The bedroom even had its own sink and counter top! The room had a bit of a muggy smell to it. But overall the room was pretty decent. More than what i was expecting. Everything outside the room, ALL needs some more work and managment put into making customers feel more welcome amd comfortable.

The room was gross. Totally disgusted with this facility. There is no elevator. Got to the room, the additional security lock bar was busted off. The ice machine in the hallway did not work, some of the lamps did not work. In the nightstand was leftover food from Dairy Queen. The other nightstand had some nasty used for whatever personal wipes on it. There was a road construction crew staying there longterm and they were grilling and drinking outside, and the smell of pot being smoked. The side door didn't have a security lock on it, so anyone could have wondered in to the side entrance. The phones in the room were from a hotel in Ohio so if you needed to call 911, it had the wrong name of hotel, address, and room number. Learn from my mistake, don't let the pictures used for advertisement fool you. Don't stay here.

Worse place infested with ROACHES

My recent stay at Blue Way Inn in Eagan was the worst experience I have had in over 20 years of traveling and using Hotels.com. Upon entering the room, I discovered it was filthy and infested with roaches. There were dozens in the kitchen area and dozens more in the bathroom, including the tub. (Please see attached photos.) Because of this, it was impossible for me to remain in the room. Unfortunately, I only noticed the infestation late at night when I went to the kitchen to get water, at which point it was clear the room was not habitable. The next morning, I returned to the front desk to report the issue and return the keys. The staff member told me there was nothing she could do and provided me with the number 651-314-1207 to contact “Jasper.” When I called, I was told again that nothing could be done and that the front desk should handle it. This unacceptable back-and-forth left me without any support or solution. Because of these conditions, I had no choice but to immediately secure alternative lodging at an additional cost to me. I am therefore requesting the following: A full refund of my booking amount. An additional $200 reimbursement for the cost of the room I had to book across the street. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint, including bringing this to the attention of the City of Eagan Health Department, as the conditions in this hotel pose serious he

The property already had garbage stacked at every door when we arrived. Then walked into a dirty room, floors were flithy, walls dirty and fridge was nasty. Then to top it off woke up to roaches in the room. Will not be stay here again and do not recommend.
