Heater in room sounded like a ice-maker. Swimming pool has glass ceiling that's fractured and ready to fall out of frame and slice anyone swimming in the pool. Very dangerous. Tried to buy a coffee from onsite bistro and that failed because they don't accept Legal Tender. Tried to buy a snack (ice cream) from the front desk but the front desk tattoo-woman couldn't unlock her work-station. A day after I checked out my debit card suddenly had several unauthorized charges. Had to cancel the card and reissue.

Truly, this hotel was very nice and exceeded my expectation given what I paid for the hotel room. It was worth the value and the only reason I rated great verses excellent as it was not that caliper of a hotel to warrant that rating. The staff was excellent. All were very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was very tasty, maybe a little pricey, but wonderful just the same. The rooms were very fresh looking. Beds were maybe a little to soft for my taste and comfort. Overall, an excellent place to stay.
